They know how to do a burger. Love the fact you didn't have any grease, sauce dripping all over the place. Looked banging 😋
Totally know what you mean about the improvement in taking pride and trying to level up. I'm brit-pak (2.5 gen), and a lot of the food joints/owners growing up (and even now) were pretty jaded, and had pretty minimal standards of food/service. It's nice to see the newer folk taking pride in these kinda places, being creative, integrating with local British suppliers in a positive way, and trying to improve the local economy(/and food!)

Did you go to petrou brothers in chatteris last night for your dinner? As I did and I think I must have just missed you, from the sound of it. Bummer. I would love to have met Callum and asked him to do some proper rapping on the street, about hamburgers maybe, and told you about the flying saucer that me and three neighbours saw just down the road from there on Sunday 20th August 2017. It was a super black one and looked all fuzzy around it.

Never had milk cake but sounds unreal as a milk fan haha! Looks like a product that can only be bought in a restaurant/shop rather than a supermarket though :/
