For type 88 not everyone in the real-life can gets a big 53 round mag. As standard rifle, they use type 88 with a standard 7.62 magazines. I'm pretty sure that the reason, why type 88 is using 53 round mag, is because of its modified version of regular type 88. And for Norway, they use AG-3 which is the Norweigan version of Heckler and Koch G3. They started replacing it with HK416N. But AG-3 is the most accurate choice for Norweigan standard issue rifle. And Finland doesn't really use TRG but I have no doubt for that because there are no guns related to Finland in this game.

It's given to most US army units because of most general engagements are getting to be longer ranges, while close quarters engagements are becoming a bit rarer. TL;DR version ahead, ACOG for medium range/long range with semi auto, use different smaller magnification sight at close range if you can.

I know it's a month old, but C7A2 w/ C79 and Vertical Grip. I don't think our Regular Forces use Folding Grips, but I could be wrong. Most of the ones I've seen are just regular Vertical Grips. I love that you did some research before trying these out! I'm definitely going to try some of these in game! I could be wrong, but the U.S Army uses the M4 (Not the M4A1, since it has 3-round Burst and Semi-Automatic) As for Norway, Yes, they use the 416 like France.

Haha. Norway uses the HK416 as a primary loadout. With a COMP M4. They also use the MP5, along with the norwegian police. I'm sure they use the MP7 at times aswell.
Most of the maps are CQC. An average loadout for for an American soldier when they expect close quarters is an m4a1, comp aimpoint (that's what the game calls it) flashlight and a vertical grip. Most importantly a flashlight. I assume the american loadout you were aiming for was a longer ranged loadout, in which case they would be equipped with an m4 (not a1) with an acog, pic rail adapter and most importantly a vertical grip that can turn into a bipod like a sofabed. The game doesn't have this however.
yeah to my knowledge, the MP7 uses more or less the same super fast penetrator rounds as the P90 and the Five Seven... (considering the P90 and Five Seven are both FN using the 5.7x28 rounds while the MP7 is H&K using 4.6x30)) All 3 of these guns have like 2-3 studs penetration which is insane lol. Super sharp, super small, super fast. The MP7’s round is therefore smaller and faster but less damaging to the human body so it can penetrate further.
Tip: The C79 has an alt aim. Steyr is pronounced sh-TAI-yer. Germany runs the G36C, too I believe. The HK416 is used by the French special forces, along with the M16. The Type 88 is typically used with Reg Mag. The AG-3 is a Norwegian BR. They also use the Hk416 and 417. South Africa uses a lot of weapons, from th M16 to the G3.

For the US military m4a1, it should be burst because they usually use burst to conserve ammo and have better accuracy.
the burst one is the M4, not the M4A1. And we stopped using that variant (M4) in the mid 2000s I think.

The acog really isn't designed for automatic gun fire. It's a medium range sight and not a cqb sight
