What fun! I’m finally recovering from my knee injury and surgery to the point that I just want to go get in the craft room and make a stack of cards. Just to play. Colors, and shapes, and patterns…oh, my! Thanks for sharing.

Have you played with this using either coffee filters or tissue paper? Years ago we had "tie-dyed" tissue paper that my aunt had made, likely using a similar technique.
Those backgrounds you created were fabulous and the finished card is beautiful - love the flower with that hint of colour 🌻🌻

Oh my goodness, you make everything look so marvellous. And simple to make. But, I don't have your talent or experience in making these cards. I will give it a go but I bet mine won't look as stunning as yours, but I will try.

Looks like you were having a ton of fun creating and that's what it's all about. Very creative with the paper towel and inks. Nice back grounds to use. But the flower in the middle really struck my eye, so simple but has dimension and the pink center was just beautiful. Looks like you picked it. Great tutorial.

Oh I can totally see myself having a hours-long ball of fun trying out some of these ideas! That flower! Stunning!!! I have had some purchased die-cut hearts in my craft supplies for years & haven’t really used them yet - now I have a definite way to do so!
I haven't seen a raised outside border with sunken main image. That is really effective! And the frangipani style flower is beautiful.

It;s beautiful I love the way you created the flower. do you have any suggestions on how to add a center to the flower?
I would say it would need to be something small-ish - otherwise it's going to hinder the dimension the fold creates..?

It was actually just normal cardstock - but watercolor would be fine too!

Would the paper towel technique work with watercolours as I don’t have re inkers ? I have dylusions sprays too if you think these would work . Also I bought stacking finger ink blenders on Amazon by Yoseng 16 pieces in a tube . 2 for £13 just to give you an idea of price . Still available .
I think the dylusions sprays would definitely work!! but try the watercolors also, they may work too! Have fun trying them out :)
