Awww Beck, Ive missed you so so much !! i kept typing in the search bar of my laptop (not very good at this laptop mullarky!!) i'd put Becks Brood in and i rewatched your old videos i don't see anyone for days on end live in a private road with houses, the 1 car wide road in front of the cottages and houses is our garden! i'm at the dead end, you have to either drive up and reverse back or when i used to have a car reverse up and drive out!! it's like being in lockdown every day, don't even see the neigbours for days!! I love your chatty bits, you say every time just about how people say you waffle on too much...... I love it, i could even love watching you doing the washing up !! So sorry you have health problems, funny enough i have a hospital appointment tomorrow for an xray of both hands as i was diagnosed in my 40's that i had early onset osteo arthritis, saw a doctor a few weeks ago and she said it's not osteo arthritis!!???? My husband died suddenly in my 40's and we have 3 children, and the younges then was only 12 years old, and my only son was devastated as his dad died a week before his 17th birthday! Hope you get your health sorted out, it's sooo miserable isn't it. ventured out last week and went to my favourite charity shop the Trussell Trust, which supports food banks for hungry families and people. Bough a single bed quilted by hand quilt for £15, all hand stiched, it had just been put out i was the only person in the shop and the chap working there said he had said to his colleague as he put it out that it woudn't be long going home with someone......ME!!! You talking about anxiety and what you experience is brilliant though becks, it’s a taboo subject way too often, which in turn leaves us feeling a little “alien” when we experience it. It may well be an age thing and hormones are a buggar that come with their very own horns to drive us nuts!! Hi there. Really nice to see you pop up😊. From someone whos been there and done it and still doing it 😢, please set yourself "achievable" goals. If you manage one video this week, thats brilliant (for you). Next week if you manage 2 videos thats absolutely great. Basically dont try n climb the whole staircase at once, take one or two steps up, then bak down😊 and a few more tomorrow and so on. Look after yourself (and family), youtube will still be here 😗

The weather is lovely which is good as I'm still recovering from a knee op ha so of course I'm enjoying the sun. I really do hope yr feeling so much better than you were and I get the whole health panic too. It's awful as u have no control over that and seeing specialists can take so long. I have 3 teenage daughters and they r living their best lives so it is lonely at times but generally iam in good spieits once i accepted that my life was limited i have found it much easier to take one day at a time for what it has to offer. I am a psychiatrist but no longer able to work which is heartbreaking for me it easy as part of your job to help clients work through issues but not so trying to sort your own probs px
