29 degrees? What is that temperature in Fahrenheit please? We don't use Celsius and all our temps on the news and in newspapers are in Fahrenheit, here in USA. Today it was extremely hot weather at around 104 or 105 degrees! Hate this weather with a passion. Can't even get out to the thrift shops because I don't have a car and have to take buses. Just too hot to stand waiting for a bus. I'm lucky just to get to grocery store on buses. Forget about buying icecream because even though I have a cooler bag, it still melts too much in this heat, waiting for buses at 105 degrees😥😥😥😥😥 Also, two buses each way and waiting time to the other bus.

Great haul! I decorated for Halloween on the 20th October, the day they broke up for half term, so they can enjoy them for the week while they're off. Hope you're enjoying the new job - enjoy your week of peace 😊xx

I bloody loved it all I used to make such a fuss of Halloween when my kids were wee. Everyone in the area loved coming to ours bobbing for apples, blindfolded jumping for dough rings and a spooky lucky dip full of goo🤮😂anyway have a great time with the kids and look after yourself too😊xx

Hi beck.new subscriber today.you are the same as me .I love cups baskets and jugs .we absolutely love the charity shops .we go to the boot fares weekly but the finish any week now.then go on to the charity shops after.i brought 3 large beautiful elegant paintings of woman all for price of 4 pound for the 3 pictures .I'm so happy there are so lovely .Good luck with your new job x

Hi Beck, i subscribed a few months ago. you are my favourite channel i used to take my 2 girls to the charity shops on a saturday morning whenever i could, my husband died suddenly in 2010 and my youngest of 2 girls and 1 boy 12 years old she was when he died a week before my sons 16 birthday and 2 months before our 20th wedding anniversary we had been together 21 years, i was in my late 40's now i'm 62 and my youngest daughter was the last of my children to get married (last week!! ) they are waiting to board the plane to come home tonight from Tenerife where they spent their honeymoon!! my two months short of 17 conker brown in sunlight cat had 2 strokes in february last year and died, then my beloved cat who slept for 13 years with my accidentally matching staffie birthdays 2nd april 2008 and cat 30th april 2008, my dearest cat slept with the staffie on my bed !! she had a tumour up her nose went to her sinus and to her brain and round her left eye from diagnosis to death 3 weeks!! she died 10th august 2022 my staffie lost 3kg in those three weeks and died 6 weeks later 29th september 2022.I only have my daughters cat born the day after my matching to the dog cat! to add insult to injury my mum died 4 days before my birthday this july just gone 2023 !! when is the world gonna treat me nicely??? my fave picks of your haul is the jug i got a metal one for £6 in trussell trust a food help charity shop, and i loved your mug with pink inside, The scarf is amazing ! our charity shops are really expensive especially barnardos, Love to you and the famalam and feel better soon and love to your dog from Ellie xxxxxxxxxx

Another great haul with lots of treasures Beck - love the gonk mug, the heart trio frame, and the lighthouse picture (I too have an affinity for the sea.). I am a charity shop fan and love the thrill of the search and even more the thrill when I find a treasure. Here in Canada, we have thrift shops that do mainly clothes and then other shops that do a combination of bric a brac / clothing. I am going to a clothing thrift shop this weekend, wish me luck 🤞
