Thanks for your comment. Yes, on occasion if the wind blows in a southerly direction and the temperature is just right, an odour is noticeable. This is an honest conversation that we do have to have with our clients when introducing them to the neighbourhood. That being said, nobody that we interviewed had any complaints and loved living within the neighbourhood. We think Winnipeg is a beautiful city with many wonderful and vibrant neighborhoods - Windsor Park being one of them. We want to do what we can to celebrate these neighbourhoods. Thanks for watching!
