    My client decided to soften her roots a little. She's not sure if she wants to keep a more rooty look or stay platinum.
    Wel try highlights to see boe she feels.

    It's fun when you include little bits of clients talking 😊

    Thanks for including the brazilian straightening aspect of the process. Would love to see more of that type of process when you do them. Great job on her hair!

    Wow, you did an amazing job, it looks gorgeous. the stringiness of her hair when wet really disturbed me tho. Is that typical for hair lightened to platinum to get that damaged?

      It’s not normal to get damaged however after any bleaching process it’s normal to be stretchy. Damage comes into play when the hair snaps or breaks off in the sink when washing. Her hair is still healthy with no damage beyond a typical lightening service. Damage is when you comb or brush the hair and it breaks off completely……

    I have a client that I stopped doing root color on and she's light also. I don't go all the way to the root anymore with the hilites. I feather in like a V shape balyage but finer and the natural shadow is really nice. Maybe now that her natural root will be coming in u can do that instead with a few regular hilites around the face. Love your work and I love the Brazilian blowout as well. You do it the way its supposed to haha. Thin sections..I see ppl doing it wrong alot. Have a great holiday Kristi

    The tangled mess of hair not being sectioned and clipped up is driving me nuts. There are better more organized ways to highlight

    • @hairbykristijennings6648
      @hairbykristijennings6648  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Oh! You probably missed the part where I explained why her hair was so tangled…. Sectioning hair into quadrants puts the foil application in a box and removes the freedom to foil organically or to brick layer the foils. That’s why I choose to go to the area I’m foiling and clip aside the rest of the hair. Normally her hair isn’t messy or tangled to foil but it’s because of the reasons I mentioned in the video and the previous service we did before foiling.

    Does she ever said why most of the times, she begins to foil at the front? Thank you

    • @hairbykristijennings6648
      @hairbykristijennings6648  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, I mention it in a few videos.... I like to start in the front so I can be precise with my hairline foils. I never know how many foils/ subsection/ etc until I get in there. Is the hairline diagonal/ straight.... if I do it last, it's not exactly the way I want to place the foils cause I have to work with the foils behind the ear
