  • Day 4 of 42 in Europe... our last day in Paris had to start with a café and croissant followed by a stroll down the Seine to the Louvre.
The museum is a madhouse, but a must-see if you haven't been. I don't quite get why everyone needs to take their own photo of the Mona Lisa. You get a much better view just Googling for an image. I've included a little tribute to the cameras and crowd at the best known and most visited painting in the world along with our overall take on the whole Louvre experience.
We wind down the night with a cruise on the river Seine. A perfect way to end a fantastic trip to the city of lights with the Eiffel Tower twinkling at 23:00.
Be sure to watch tomorrow's video for our 24 hours in Pamplona for the running of the bulls! Viva San Fermin!

deepak sewani, you can really never have enough time in Paris! Decide what you want to see most... my videos show what we did over 4 days. We intentionally took our time and just did 1 or 2 tourist sights per day to make sure we had time to also just enjoy the city.

its kinda sad to know that not a lot of museum get that much crowd though most big museum are just as interesting but the artists that they feature are not the mainstream - so thats the effect of crowd mentality i think

Hey Andrea, I completely agree! There are lots of smaller museums in Paris (and in most big cities) that deserve more attention. The Louvre seemed like something that had to make the agenda, and glad I went so I can check that box off my bucket list... but next time I'm in Paris I will be exploring less mainstream spots! What is your favorite museum? In Paris or ANYWHERE in the world?
