I'm currently restarting my Hungarian Rapid Corps for 1941. I stopped doing them and switch to Hungarian paratroopers as Hungarian cavalry couldn't charge. But now because of the last FAQ I have restarted the project.
Painting Horses is so great. I had a Bretonian Project for Age of Sigmar... And Painting all those Fantasy Horses was soooo Great. I want to play also more Horses for Bolt Action! Great Video!
It's very cool to see this side of your Bolt Action hobby! A truly amazing army! I especially love the cavalry and the cars. There is nothing like having an incredibly unique army that no one else in the world has! Word of warning though, creating armies like this becomes quite addictive, I now find it very difficult to just build and paint miniatures without some form of converting or kitbashing anymore haha!
That is a really cool army I'm actually working on a late war battle for berlin style german force myself that is kinda similar in the bases and the uniforms for the Volksturm.
Fantastic job on the panzerfausts and the scaling down of the instructions. However, regarding Panzerfausts: Warlord Games WW2 German plastic infantry sets have the panzerfaust instructions as a decal.
@Bo you've inspired me to look at a similar force for bolt action so I picked up "Bandera's Boys" by Adrian Mandzy it has a full and nearly complete history of the UPA and 12 Bolt Action scenarios. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
Love the SVT-40 group photo at the start I owned 3 of them in my life and you really get to see just how complicated it is when you field strip it for cleaning. I think it has somewhere around 170 parts a M-1 Garand is about 85? But the Germans would take as many as they could get and then use on the Eastern front and sometimes in the last weeks of the war against the Western Allies in Germany itself.
An inspiring and superbly built and painted kit bash army Bo!

Very flavorful and good looking army. Looks like it will be fun to play too.

Did not know that... I'll see if I can get some of those for the next batch
