You made the right decision. The car was far too small.. Our UK weather is wet enough for camping, without being in a steamed up tiny space. Most unhealthy.

Hi Jake, have you worked out how the little furry bastards got in? Any counter measures possible? We have a small invasion nearly every year in the house - they squeeze under the doors - they usually get into a bag of rice or something, and poop & piss everywhere - the mess is nothing compared to your van, though.
Not the strongest engine being a 2.0L 130bhp, front wheel drive & the length of her doesn’t help. Hard knott in the dry last year saw me reversing down as the engine just wasn’t strong enough & the S bends meant I couldn’t get a run up. Medium wheel base would be sound I reckon, the older 2.2 Ford engine they put in would probs be better
Been living inthe Lake district for just over a year now , and it rains a lot , i swear i have gills coming out on my neck ...;) But wouldnt change where i live for all the tea in china ... :)

Hi Jake France has firmly rejected the proposed amendment to the French Immigration and Integration Bill, which sought to grant an automatic visa/visa waiver for 6 months to UK subjects who own 'secondary residences' in France. The decision by the French Constitutional Court on Thursday, January 24, 2024, is considered final, with no avenue for appeal. Check it out yourself, but I think you will find it is still only 90 days for all UK tourists to anywhere in the Schengen area, that's a bit of a b**** isn't it
