Dang, this is heartbreaking. Can you imagine how much better the world would be if everyone had as much empathy in their hearts as she wrote into a song? It'd be a completely different world.

Beautifully haunting; loved the delivery on the ending
This feels like old school, classic Dolly Parton. These songs are just plum sad, as she would say, and that's why they need to be sung. I recommend "The Bridge."

Gotta love this piece. I heard a lot of this music back during the Vietnam War - It went a long way to helping to move US closer to keeping the promises made in the Constitution.

Meh, not for me. I wish her well, though. I stand by her beliefs; I share them in fact. But this song didn't do much for me.
