Hey Robert, Yes, it does sometimes depend on the location. New York, IMHO has the best water for drinking, making pizza dough and shaving . Here , in the middle of nowhere, Texas, our water is extremely hard . It's drinkable but not good for lather. Have a great day and smooth shaves
