Make yourself well. Close your eyes and imagine purging your ego. Start at the crown of your head and visualize a wave going down every inch of your body. This is you purging you ego which is full of negativity. Once you have purged the ego, activate your orb surrounding your body. Then, reverse the wave starting with your feet and up to your crown filling it with Sources presence. Identify your ego. It will be the voice in your head that says, “Im so depressed and miserable.” The more you can suppress the ego, the happier you'll be and amazing things will begin to happen. Especially if you learn to manifest positivity. Just be careful not to manifest negativity. That is what your ego wants.
It's just the ego mind. Once spirit clears those around you, thoughts like these come up so it thinks it can try to stay in control. Clear it with the opposite positive affirmations and it will start to leave you alone. Same goes for being happy and positive. Just change your thoughts with I am statements and your reality will change to match them ❤

Make yourself well. Close your eyes and imagine purging your ego. Start at the crown of your head and visualize a wave going down every inch of your body. This is you purging you ego which is full of negativity. Once you have purged the ego, activate your orb surrounding your body. Then, reverse the wave starting with your feet and up to your crown filling it with Sources presence. Identify your ego. It will be the voice in your head that says, “Im so depressed and miserable.” The more you can suppress the ego, the happier you'll be and amazing things will begin to happen. Especially if you learn to manifest positivity. Just be careful not to manifest negativity. That is what your ego wants.

It's just the ego mind. Once spirit clears those around you, thoughts like these come up so it thinks it can try to stay in control. Clear it with the opposite positive affirmations and it will start to leave you alone. Same goes for being happy and positive. Just change your thoughts with I am statements and your reality will change to match them ❤
