Both of my daughters were born with those, my oldest had it on the back of her neck, and my middle daughter had it on her stomach. The one on my oldest grew smaller as she got bigger, but the other one grew with her until about 4-5 years old then just started fading. My son was born with a very light mark, but the nurses called it a stork bite. It's still there but you can hardly see it
