@Muhammad Huzaifa ...... First of all ACCA UK has no presence in Germany nor German institutions/Public Universities recognize it because it is not an academic qualification. For recognition of ACCA in Germany, you need to contact relevant state's Chamber of Commerce (HGB) whose process is costly around EUR 600- 900 and HGB will give you only partial equivalency because you haven't learnt German Tax and business laws which is less efficient for job search. Ahsan Hayat is right as Finance, Accounting, Audit and Tax (FACT) professions are dominating in advance German language and even for the study of these courses, majority of universities require at least C1.
Same as ACCA & ICAEW bodies in UK, Institut der Wirtschaftsprüfer (IDW) is regulating these FACT professions in Germany. Of these professions, Steuerberater (Tax) and Wirtschaftsprüfer (Audit) are protected titles as one can only practice these when they have IDW certifications as a licensed auditor or tax advisor. IDW exams can be taken over there to specialize in either tax or audit ( tuition from a private institute cost EUR 5,000 to 10,000) but the requirement itself is tough (minimum bachelors degree + 3 years of experience + C1 German language) and majority native German does IDW. However, from FACT professions, Buchhalter (Accountant/Book-keeper) is not protected as you can work if you have first accounting qualification but still you need German accounting standards knowledge (HGB) along with IFRS.
At this point of time i would recommend you to first opt for BSc (HONS) Oxford Brookes degree, get some experience and learn German along with it as Ahsan said. In this COVID situation, I would not recommend you to come to Germany on Job seekers Visa based on ACCA qualification alone. A student VISA can be an option to do a master degree (with English instructions) in FACT professions along with working on your German language skills in Germany to reach C1. But Public universities in Germany does not recognize ACCA qualification to admit you in Master degree (not private - but some private still ask for a bachelors degree) because ACCA is not a university qualification but BSc OBU Degree will give you edge.
