Brilliant presentation! I am surprised no one even offered an answer to the ligament question at 11:00. Dr. Cheng, what does your schedule look like? I need L5 fixation!
My first failed lumbar ant-post fusion of L 4,5 S1 migrated a bone cage into my spinal canal. Revision and Stabilization. My second A& P failed fusion, L 2,3 bone cage migrated into my spinal canal again I tried to make sense of why this could happen 2X and thought Slip Grade was miscalculated. I am now looking at a PSO due to 45-degree deformity and wonder how my past failed fusions could present a problem with sagittal balance to correct kyphosis. Trying to advocate for myself
I've had spondylitis 2 years ,has gotten worse I had my first nerve block l5 2 weeks ago lasted 2 weeks that's it I'm now disabled again the only pain relief is sitting, the pain is that bad I'd rather go through childbirth than live with this pain.
Being a patient it would be a tremendous help if you could talk in layman's terms to help us poor bastards trying to figure out our next step thru this journey of hell
It's a shame i have to spend 50 hrs on TH-cam and other forums to contiplat what to do next after having two spinal fusion s that have now obviously failed because i no longer trust the United States health care system

Gosh that is so practical. Why has my surgeon never heard of this theory as I have and wondered why my surgeon does not know?
Great lecture! Thank you
