The Australian Cobberdog is a unique purebred dog, which has been bred specifically to assist humans in therapy and other service roles. They are naturally human-focused, intuitive, connected, trainable and highly intelligent.
These qualities have enabled Paddington to be just the support person Jett needed. In Jett's words:

- We practically do everything together
- He's a friend that won't judge
- It's comforting to have a big teddy bear next to you
