I love the concept of the first 90 minutes. My only thing is I work at a place where I’m constantly on call throughout the day. It’s not impossible but is it OK if I put my project on hold handle things at work As they come around?

Sir in your book 'The 5 am club ' you have advised that 1st 20 mins. Of the day must be spent on physical exercise next 20 on meditation and another 20 on reading books/ podcasts etc. But here you are advising to do the most important task of the day which for me is-STUDYING ...so what should I do ? Follow the 20/20/20 rule or the 90 rule

The 20/20/20 rule is for when you immediately wake up. The 90/90/1 rule is for the first hours of your day, after bathing, etc and you begin work.
