Hi! This was my AQA 2022 EPQ Artefact. It took me ages to put this documentary together so I thought of sharing it.

Watched some ray's films and found that today even illiterate cannot make movie with mobile phone like that.

Well we're all allowed to have our opinions but I would kindly request you to not address them publicly as many people including me think he was one of the greatest of his time and comments like these are highly offensive. Coming from a country where film was not that rich, he was the one who made Indian film revolutionary. Ask any Bollywood filmmaker today, you'll see 80% will say they have been inspired from his work. If you think any illiterate can make films like his , then half of India's population should have an Oscar by now don't you think? Movies like Pather Panchali, Charulata, Gupi Gayn Bagha Bayn are masterpieces which are probably movies that are made once in a lifetime.
You clearly don't know how difficult it actually is to make a proper film. It involves a whole cast and crew who have to spend endless sleepless nights to bring it together. I can't even imagine how difficult it must have been back then. So please think twice before making any comments on such legends.

@@zaynshafique after 50 years world now totaly different, changed.Today everone has internet and phone with all features.Intertested people can easily go to some village and caputure real life videos of poor people and make documentaries.It can be more real than 50 year back
