As a PSA, working out will not cause women's breasts to vanish. At most, if you are working out hardcore 10 hours a week for a few years, they might appear smaller if you get super muscled. Some women in the bodybuilding/powerlifting world also use a lot of hormones to gain more muscle, which might reduce breast size.... but that's really beyond what normal people might do.
Women, don't be afraid to go to the gym over this... you're not likely going to be hitting the weights 10hrs a week for several years while taking testosterone shots by accident.
Yeah the actual factors are:
1. Gaining chest muscle size could make them a little more prominent
2. Losing body fat can reduce their size somewhat.
3. Getting excessively muscular can make them look smaller relative to the rest of the body, but that's only a factor for like 0.1% of the strongest.
For the rest of women who don't want to be a body builder, it'll even make them "perkier" because the muscles underneath the fat pushes up against it to lift up and/or push the chest outwards. It's a decent way to lessen sagging honestly.

It's not like I oppose what you said, but I almost never saw sportswomen with big chest. Maybe only serena williams. Almost all of them have small chest. Especially olympic athletes like sprinters.

When Kanata was a 12 year old girl, she had near-enough the same grip strength of a 16-18 year old male. She is now quite a bit stronger than an adult man, which seems a bit wild considering that I doubt she's exactly a giant.
The pent up anger must be from a delayed reaction to the immense pain of having a shuriken stuck in her head. XD
For those who want context about how strong that is the average *adult male* grip strength is 44kg, and the average adult female is 28kg. Therefore at 12 she was considerably stronger than the average female adult, wild.

I'm not a Japanese, never been to a Japanese school either. But we do have grip power measurement in every school.
And, boy, if I remember correctly, Kanata's grip power is on par to the strongest men in my class lol.

For even males in the 12 year age range, having a grip strength over 31kg is considered a strong grip (ie, above normal) and a 35kg grip strength falls within the normal grip strength for boys through 17 tears of age. having that grip strength that strong at 12 might not have put her at the very top, but the majority of anyones class being weaker than that (for the 12 yr group) is expected.

I literally never heard of "grip strength" before seeing in it an anime. I can see why weight and height would be recorded, (3rd world countries like mine have a lot of underweight kids that need the feeding program) why would your school need to know your grip strength?

@@HudaefCares I only heard the term in regards to weightlifting and in anime after that. It's not a thing in schools in the US. All they measure is how fast you can run 1 mile and how many situps and pullups you can do. That's about it.

In one of her many highly disturbing zatsudans, Kanata revealed that one time, she got hurt and the nurse gave her this pain-relieving patch, and she liked it so much that she kept trying to get them and injuring herself to do so, like slamming her fingers in her desk and stuff like that. And this was when she was only like 8-9.
Now, it's a well-known fact that broken bones heal stronger than before. So there's a very real chance that the reason she was already super strong by age 12 was because of her _masochism_ at age 8.

I measured my grip strength the other day, just to see how I compare to the gorilla.
56kg with my left (dominant) hand, 50kg with my right.
I mean, I don't work out much, but I'm not out of shape either. Kanata is unruly strong for a girl her size.

Edit: when I say fitness tests I mean the physical fitness tests that are annually done in gym class, not the health exams where they check height and weight.
I mean, I know _I_ haven't, and I watch/read a lot!
Can't say I've ever seen one that included grip strength. It's normally just body measurements (height, weight, 3 sizes) and maybe an eye test.

Can someone explain to me what grip strength means? I tried looking at it online but came out just as confused. If she had a grip strength of 35kg at 12, does that mean she can hold weights that weigh 35kg?
There's different types of grip strength, but the most commonly used is grip crush. Think handshakes, it's how hard you can squeeze.
Grip strength is how tightly you can squeeze your hands. Like the people who have WAYYYY too firm handshakes that feel like your hand is getting crushed. It has its benefits but lifting has more to do with your arms then your grip strength
Lol, quite the difference in good ole America. We do, or did have a fitness test, presidentially sponsored. But, it’s a joke. I’m sure even push ups/ sit ups, or even running are considered ableist or racist now, somehow. Even then, no matter your scores in academics or physical Ed, the only thing that matters is sportsball.
Phys Ed scores were never about performance in my time, they were about
