    "Australians are noted for massively overloading their vehicles" you hit the nail on the head there mate! You see them everywhere here, even in the big cities going to the supermarket with fully loaded 4WDs like it’s the zombie apocalypse. 😂

    I didn't know Iveco has a bad reputation in Australia; in Europe (Germany included) it's considered, on every aspect (build quality, reliability, value money etc) one of the best manufacturers.

    that was absolutely perfect 👍🏽 right on the spot, and I say so traveling in a 6 ton Isuzu nps doing my own maintenance and upgrades. Please push a few more out of those. There are too many talking without knowing.
    Australia is a real test ground for 4x4. We do have heat, correlated gravel and we tow 3.5 ton rvs with 4x4 through sand.
    cheers from QLD

    Texas has many Mexicans that drive like they are in Mexico. I don't know people that use "overlanding" but the youtubers that do are not talking about going from one state to another on the main roads. Most people I know still use offroad or 4x4 as what they are doing. I hope your travels are safe and fun.

    • @CG-cx9fv
      @CG-cx9fv 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Do not blame the Mexicans. American drivers are no better. As Marcus said, there are good and bad drivers everywhere.

    • @badgerpa9
      @badgerpa9 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You must not have driven in Mexico. Driving in Mexico is way different than the USA, they use the shoulder as a lane all the time, do not stop for stop signs and speed limits are not observed. If you drive like they do in Mexico in the USA you will cause accidents. People in USA do not expect a 2 lane road to be driven 4 lanes wide. @@CG-cx9fv

      @@badgerpa9Blaming “Mexicans” for poor American drivers. Seriously mate poor form 🙄

    • @badgerpa9
      @badgerpa9 4 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@NebraskaGonvilleJones The reality is driving in Mexico is very different than USA and many Mexicans will still drive like they are in Mexico when they are in the USA. Go drive in Mexico, stop signs are not followed, traffic will go from a two lane road and they will make it a 4 lane road and not follow the road paint. It is not blaming anyone it is pointing out reality that Mexicans drive differently than Americans do.

    How much does this vehicle cost, please? And, what aboput fuel consumption?

    • @L2SFBC
      @L2SFBC  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Look up Iveco Daily in your country, then add 50% to the fuel consumption at least.

  • @tianjohan4633
    @tianjohan4633 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I wonder why world traveler's are doing solo vehicle trips, and why not carry a trailer? I do get the extra fuel cost, but at the same time, you could carry your entire workshop in the trailer, bicycles, motorcycles, e bikes, kayak, surf board and what not.

    • @L2SFBC
      @L2SFBC  ปีที่แล้ว

      A trailer + car is cumbersome, hard to reverse, and long.
