i woked at an upmarket health club gym. the PT's used to film the women doing squats and pass it round.
took it to management, i got told i was making it up; and was dismissed a few weeks later.

Bad one, shame. Met a Lot of people going on self sacrificing moral crusades and it never works out well for them personally, even doing the right proper thing. You really need to weigh up consequences of doing this stuff.

If I were you I’d move on get another job and put in an unfair dismissal claim. You can ask for a Basic Reference which won’t state anything but your dates and times you were employed by the company. They’ve made their bed let them lie in it 👍
