I m from bihar itself .. and during this long years of mbbs .. never ever get disconnected from your family and never trust anyone blindly in your college.. be it your batchmate or senior or any professor .. be strong and just keep most of your things private. If you're content with your college. Then it's fine. Enjoy your upcoming years and thrive.
But in case (just in case, no hate) you feel the need to upgrade, since I'm from Bihar I've few suggestions;
1. Netaji Subhash Medical College: If you're fine paying 20+ lakhs per annum, you can consider this college. It's near Patna, during weekends you can explore the city :)
2. RDJM Medical College: This college is quite controversial due to cancellation of its LOP but it's sorted now. You can refer to the actual court paperwork and decision available on the internet (rather referring to YT videos or news articles) the judgement came in their favour. The fee is close to your college, 17 lakh per annum this year.
Also again, the college is a 1.5 hour drive away from Patna. The city is at a feasible distance.
Since you've been bought up in a tier one city, Saharsa could feel a little off for you. If you feel the need to change your decision, you might refer to my suggestion.

Mai ek aisa ladka hu,jo neet 2020 me roll number aadhe se jyada bhag me galat colour hone ke baad, result nahin aayega,ye sochkar total question paper ko 1.5 hr me end kar diya,aur phir bhi mujhe BMIMS, Pawapuri 2k20 admission mil gaya.
4 saal tak maine kuch nahin padha hai,abhi final year me hun,na hi meri koi gf hai,aur na hi mera koi dost.aur meri tabiyat bhi kharab rahti hai.
Iss janm x me aage sab accha ho,uske liye prayasarat hun.

@@iamimmortal32 bro my uncle is very senior orthopedic doctor of bihar & he also goes for inspection of medical colleges & he told that this college was not at all upto the mark, the location, the patient flow, campus, academics etc all were below avg that's why even after having very low cutoff this college is having low fees caomparitively..
