    I've discovered that it doesn't matter either powder or liquid because I mix my shake one day before my workout. For example, I'm going to drink it at 7:30AM Wednesday morning. Therefore, I will prepare it at 7:30PM Tuesday night. Throughout the whole night here and there I will shake it so that way the powder over the course of 12 hours overnight will be fully dissolved. What do you think?

    • @PerfectShaker
      @PerfectShaker  ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Yes that totally works however if you are leaving your mixed protein inside a PerfectShaker cup longer than 2 hours you will want to refrigerate it. Always consume within 24 hours of mixing.

    • @PerfectShaker
      @PerfectShaker  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Great question Ronald! Typically you can just put the scoop of powder in a full cup of liquid and the PerfectShaker will mix it just fine. If you ever find that you want extra help breaking up the powder you can even fill the PerfectShaker halfway with liquid, add your scoop of powder, then fill it the rest of the way and put the lid to shake out all the clumps. Hope that helps!

    • @PerfectShaker

    Even though I put water in first, the powder always clumps around the inside of the opening for drinking. How do I prevent this?
    I'd love to be able to take my liquid meals with me, but it's totally gross to have the powder clumped around the the opening when I take a sip.

    • @PerfectShaker
      @PerfectShaker  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey Molly thanks for reaching out. Great question. Could be a few things causing this. 1) Too much powder in your shaker at once. The solution to this is putting in part of the powder, mixing it, then putting in the rest and mixing it. 2) The type of powder you are using. Some powders just don't mix as well and clump easier. 3) The kind of shaker you are using. Is it a PerfectShaker? We are biased, but would argue that it is the most "perfect" shaker cup for mixing protein. haha Hope that helps!

    • @PerfectShaker
      @PerfectShaker  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I usually use 12oz (500ml) per scoop of protein. Adding more water will just dilute the taste of the protein and make it thinner but it will mix better. Up to you on how much water you want to use!
