Amazing as ever, you need to author a book or two; no one else can describe Taiji quite like you do.

love how he simplifies things so much, reminds me of my Sifu Bob Amacker who just passed away a few months ago.

    Thanks
Nice explanation of jow especially the idea of maintaining the other properties constantly

The bit about elbows (zhou) in brush knee was quite interesting. Keeping the elbows on the center line is much more obvious in Wu style.

Thank you Ian 🌟✨🙏✨ Anyone in the UK who would like the possibility of Sifu Sinclair coming over to teach say "Yay!"
With wild camping in our field in South Devon. 🏕️🌸

I went to tai chi class but I was never shown how to use it in combat

Sad but often generally the case as many teachers are not interested in the combat side (i.e. they haven't been taught that themselves) - also, in fairness, some teachers do know but their students are only interested in 'higher things' ;) - and teachers get fed up losing students so they teach what the students ant (which is not the same as what they need - which is the complete art). ... I am trying to be careful and not go into RANT MODE :) :) :)
