Putting a color layer below helps you find where the gap is. I've had such a hard time figuring out where the gap is sometimes for filling with the bucket, but that is very good to learn. Thanks

Thank you this is so helpful especially for someone new to drawing. The tips regarding breathing, and where to stop the first half of a circle are the little things that can be so frustrating for a beginner. Thanks!

This video was so helpful! It was great seeing your workflow. I'm especially impressed with using a separate layer and switching the blend mode for adding in shadows. I never would have thought of that on my own. Thank you for this!

The Vector inking is a lot like Clip Studio Paint, except CSP is a touch more refined and also has post-correction tools. Also, I think ANY brush can be used on a Vector Layer in CSP.

I don't know if this will work in Fresco, but when I draw in Illustrator using the blob brush, I can achieve small dots when I set my brush size to 1pt with variable pressure. If I tap lightly, I can get very small dots.

You can achieve the little dots when you select the Vector Brushes and then the Basic round. With the Apple Pencil you can vary the dots in size. If you want consistent dots, the use your finger and adjust the size in menu on the left.

You can only use the paint bucket on the same layer ? There is no way to make the lineart a reference layer like in procreate ?

What I do is to duplicate the ink layer. Then you can bucket fill that layer and place it below the original ink. As well I often make selections and create masks and make those layers as well.... A feature I find wonderful is the way to remove “overshoots” in the inking layer. A great thing for cross hatching as well...

Hello! I’m really new to vector drawing, I created a vector image on Adobe fresco, and I wanted to upload a copy of it to another file on AF (with different dimensions so I can make a banner) but it converted it to a pixel image when I did! Is there a way to do this without losing the quality?

Tap on Publish & Export. Then on the left Tap on Export as.Then choose the Format PDF. Then you export it as a vector file and you can open it in other software.
