Christmas eve is still 3 months away from today or Should I say "He said he would go to the park on the Christmas eve" ? Or both are correct?

Good question! If it is still in the future, you can still use the future tense. This is a plan made in the past, so it sounds most natural to say: He said that he is going to (go to) the park on Christmas Eve.
