Beastcleave is one of the best setups and most satisfying for enha, but it is very hard to beat war/hpal and prot wars/palas. And there is a big problem finding a good BM. This setup require huge synergy with your mate and your hunter need to be a godlike kiter with correct hybrid talents
for war pal u should try to open agressive on war (both of u rush them, tunnel the war, hunter drop the load but not u, he use intimidate as soon as he dismount, ofc u purge so he's burst don't get mitigated) it will force him to go for defensive cd (if he go agressive on that like if he reck, just drop the load yourself kite untankable things like reckstorm don't let ur wolf suicide on it, let the hunter punish the reck, pick ur moment to strike him into kill shot range if ur health is super fine) u should be able to kite his defensive cd since u don't want to be revenge spammed, u drop the load when his def are about to go down (or if u need them to survive ofc but shamanistic + kiting should be enough don't be shy to reset if u can reset take it and wait like a bitch, hunter should be able to keep blasting the war non stop and because of that should avoid reset unless it's about survival mesure), the war is more managable this way, using traps and hex as supplement to wind shear and not as real CC, wolf + blood lust + most of hunter load are up after the war cd are down so he can only go agressive but u have a full wolf bloodlust up probably shamanistic too since he was on def stance with a shield since the very begin of the game, paladin should not be able to keep him alive on the next intimidate + hunter reload with prompt. U should be able to get consistent against war/pal this way with a little practice as the idea of the strat is to shut down the warrior the entire game, spliting the burst of the beastcleave like that seems to be a bad idea but it's the only way to immediatly force the warrior into a defensive position will keeping as much and as long the beastcleave itself up, and u need the extra wolf + BL duration given by that strat to pressure the warrior till the very end otherwise pally will be able to finaly counter act ur overall dps or ur survivability will not be enough. i don't remember 100% of the strat so i can be wrong on the specific like hunter not reseting, but if u practice i'm sure u will understand the idea real quick and find ur way to make this work, war/pal were thinking we were scripting cuz they were use to stomp beastcleave and tbh we were shock every game to see how well it work turned this shit from anti comp to free point simulator. i know u purge like u don't have anything else in that spellbook already but for beastcleave ur job is 98% made of purging the hunter target, the rest is droping the load to enhance the hunter load and pick right moment to strike (only with the purpose to assist hunter like kill shot fishing with stormstrike windfury), kind of a 4th pet tbh, don't forget to prio purge purge purge purge purge don't waste a GCD trying to strike a war into a bop that could have been insta purge into a kill shot if u keep purging even when their is nothing to purge anymore ^^.

lava lash has to low damage, and its better to use global for something more useful like purge or totems
