Having Aaron and Heike sing together is unbelievable! Whoever had the idea deserves nothing but praise. Absolutely great doom-death with the most amazing vocals you can get for this genre. I am surprised this is flying totally under the radar, severely underrated. I am looking to buy the cd, probably from bandcamp. Thank you for this 🤘

When I first heard about the album, I was excited. Now, after 20 listens, I'm still speechless, thanks for that. Please release this album on vinyl, such a masterpiece deserves it.
I came across this album by chance, it was mentioned in a Prog top 40 of 2023 at #11. I started listening and when the first song featured spoken words, I thought I recognised the singer of my favourite doommetal band, and indeed it was Aaron. So only then I read the description, to find that Heike is also on this album. She was still in Draconian when I discovered her angelic voice. Apparently all the male fan were "in love" with her, and according to those fans it was allowed to express this. 🤣Well, she is of course very attractive, but in love I was not. Never had the chance to see her live. Maybe in the future I will have the chance. Also hoping to see MDB live again, it has been several years already.
I cannot thank you enough for having created this sublime album. Through this you realize how important music is and how deep it can touch someone’s heart and spirit. Listening to this puts a smile on my face and even brings tears of joy. All the great reviews the album has received are more than deserved. This is truly a masterpiece, an overwhelming experience from the beginning to the end. (I hope Heike reads this message or at least you can say hello to her on my behalf, she’s the reason why I discovered this magnificent band and now fell in love with it. Lord of Shadows is now one more Draconian for me).
