A Sweet Trek to "KHAPTAD NATIONAL PARK"/Nepali Couple Travel/ Heavenly Farwest

This is our sweet and special trek to Khaptad National Park. We trekked Khaptad during Nepalese New year (April) and due to some reasons we were not able to publish this video on time, and its said that its never late for anything so here we are with this travel vlog.

Khaptad National Park
Day one: Mahendranagar - Bajhang (Taimal) - Stay at Taimal
Day two: Taimal - Khaptad National Park (Army main camp)- Stay at Main camp (only option in Khaptad)
Day three: Khaptad National Park- Doti (Jikrana base camp) -(Bichpani is the stoppage before Jikrana), Stay at Jikrana Homestay
Day Four: Jikrana-Silgadi-Mahendranagar
Estimated cost:
From mahendranagar to Bajhang by Public vehicle: approax 2000 per person including lunch
Stay at Taimal: There is resort which have room categories. Room ranges from 1000-2000 NPR
For Daru village: By hiring : Rs 5000 and if there are enough passenger it cost Rs 500 per person
Lunch at Daru village: Rs 300 per plate which includes Local rice, vegetables and local pulses
Entry price at Checkpost: Rs 100 per person / If tent then extra Rs 100 for Tent
At Army main Camp: There are 3-4 hotels, Food cost Rs 350, Staying cost Rs 500 perperson/ room
Bichpani: Snacks available are noodles, eggs, tea and even food and its stoppage before jikrana.
Jikrana Home stay: Room having double or triple bed, Rs 1000 per room and Rs 300 per plate of food.
Jikrana to Silgadi, Doti: Jeep fare is Rs 500 or if hired it cost around Rs 3000.
Silgadi to Mahendranagar: Approax Rs 1000 per person.
Things that are not allowed to carry includes:
Knife, lighter, matchsticks, Alcohol, Cigarettes
