That’s a nice camera. I actually had a Chinon point and shoot backing in the early 90’s, it worked great with its glass lens. That SLR with a fast lens looks amazing.
Thanks! I think the fast lens on this body is killer too. Chinons are definitely sleepers.

Great review. Some Chinon SLRs are clearly underrated, and the CM-4 is one of them. I own a CM-4S with a 28mm, 2.8. Very simple, lighweight, yet, nicely built and optics are great.
I have one In my collection and yes there are not sitting on my shelf they are used I have a CM-4 and CE- 5 cheap simple and great starter kit thanks for sharing subbed from the UK 🇬🇧
I would absolutely love this camera! Recently I've been getting into film photography and your videos have been very helpful! I hope you ship to Canada
If you like that understated look and a simple compact camera with great lenses and versatility, I'd highly redommend the Yashica FX-3 or the FX-3 Super 2000. I've had the Super 2000 for some years now and I still love it, at the moment it's my only working film camera actually :D
Hello Talya! Awesome video! I just ordered the same camera, but I'm an absolute beginner. Can you recommend some different types of film for different situations?
I’d recommend cheaper brands as a beginner. And lots of black and white film as well to keep costs down. Fuji 200c, Ilford HP5, Ultrafine XTreme, etc. lower costing film.
I love the idea of getting more cameras into more hands! Great video & beautiful photos! Good luck to all who enter!
Thanks so much!! 😊
Really liked that third shot of the geese-the blues of the water were great. Fuji film needs more cred on the streets!
I agree on the fuji film on the streets. I use the C200 all the time. I think the new batch is fantastic!

Thanks for the sub! And Yeah, I'm experimenting with the CE-4s this year. Fun cheap camera as well.
@@TalyaAdams funny you should say that I just got a mint CE4s as well looking forward to seeing how it performs
