The month of Ramadan has come, a blessed month in which Allah Almighty has obligated you to fast. in it the gates of the heavens are opened, and in it the gates of hellfire are closed, and in it the devils are chained, and in it is a night that is better than a thousand months. thus, whoever is deprived of its good is truly deprived. Abu Huraira Related that Rasulullah (Peace be upon him) said:
If anyone forgets that He/She is fasting and accidentally eats or drinks He/She should complete/Continue his fasting,It is Allah who has fed him/Her and gave him/Her a drink
This Happened to me on the First day of Ramadan,I've never felt happy in my life and don't worry if this never happened to you that doesn't mean Allah will not feed you as a gift ,He loves you and he will always reward you without you asking or noticing
Try to do Sunnah prayers and Always Thank Allah and never stop asking him for forgiveness 💖

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Fasting is a shield (or a screen or a shelter). So, the person observing fasting should avoid sexual relation with his wife and should not behave foolishly and impudently, and if somebody fights with him or abuses him, he should tell him twice, 'I am fasting." The Prophet (ﷺ) added, "By Him in Whose Hands my soul is, the smell coming out from the mouth of a fasting person is better in the sight of Allah than the smell of musk. (Allah says about the fasting person), 'He has left his food, drink and desires for My sake. The fast is for Me. So I will reward (the fasting person) for it and the reward of good deeds is multiplied ten times."

is it possible to fast and then pay previously missed ramadan after the current fast?
You should make it up, by fasting, sister. If you are not able to fast, then you pay kiffarah for it, by feeding another.
