I have Samsung’s Convection Microwave which’s touchpad gets issues every now and then. Got it replaced several times. Older clickable buttons were the best. These companies are not making them sturdy anymore.
Touch screen buttons are problematic for every electronic device. Got problem in my Premium Induction Cooktop (Philips) twice, Got problem in my Infrared Cooktop (Cello) and in my Airfryer (Agaro). I had to return the Induction Cooktop twice (finally money refunded) and Agaro Airfryer was also returned & money refunded. Cello Infrared Cooktop was exchanged and now works good. All these are reputed brands with lot of positive reviews on Amazon & Flipkart. Yet they created TOUCHSCREEN problems.
