Gyomei is built different. Everyone else cuts demon heads, but gyomei just explodes them into pieces. Added bonus that it was Muzan's, the strongest demon. GOATMEI #1

The daughters knew what was going to happen, and they chose to be there. Same with the Master’s wife. They wanted to be with him at the end. As for Zenitsu, yes, he is awake, and I am so ready to see what’s next… if only it wasn’t like a year away.
The daughters didn't left and are dead as well sadly, but they still have three more kids left. The black haird kid with another white haird twins who are still alive and weren't present at the house when this happened. We will see more of them in the upcoming movies ❤

Just to remind everyone that from this point on to the end of Muzan is just one day in original timeline. All the three movies are canonically happening in the same night.
It was fucking ON SIGHT for every Hashira the second they heard who it was lmaooo IMMEDIATELY locked in.
Kagaya and his family were the MVPs of this episode. Imagine being in the verge of death and still managing to go out like THAT. So badass of him, his wife and his kids who were ALL SO MAD at Muzan that they wanted to take him with them to the afterlife. (Muzan goes to Hell though)

There are so many interesting parallels between Muzan and Kagaya Ubuyashiki that I loved during this episode (and also throughout the whole series):
1. Both suffered from an illness that could shorten their lives, but each reacted to it in completely different ways: Muzan began to fear death and seek immortality, while Kagaya began to value life and also seek immortality, albeit in a very different way!
2. Although they both come from the same clan, have a similar backstory, and are leaders of their own groups, they can't be any more different: Kagaya has the love and respect of his Hashira, while Muzan has the fear of his demons.
3. It's sad but very interesting how Ubuyashiki clan had to pay for Muzan's sins. Muzan, the evil, lived an easy life for thousands of years, while his innocent descendants had to pay instead of him. A cruel, unfair fate.
4. I love how Kagaya basically told Muzan that, "your death would change everything, and mine wouldn't."
5. Interesting how the opening for this season is like Kagaya's POV and ending is Muzan's, though even the ending still has Kagaya's way of thinking in it "the light that will eventually rule the sky." Even in the realm of evil, good still wins.

That’s why sometimes it’s very jarring when they go to a Taisho Secret or a Kimetsu Academy short, especially after a horrifying, sad, or dramatic ending (like when Daki swooped up Zenitsu in Season 2)… in Japan, if you were watching TV, you’d have time to process what happened before they go to the lighthearted after credits thanks to several TV commercials playing in between.

Rengoku weak af tho, why all of the people doesn't wanna believe that Rengoku that weak. The fight with Akaza also only that fast and died with a donut in his stomach lol
He is strong though, Rengoku was fighting an uppermoon 3 alone and if akaza was as psychopathic like doma, he would be uppermoon 2, it took the combined abilities of tanjiro, tengen, zenitsu, and inoske to kill an uppermoon 6 with a special condition of killing both siblings at the same time in the entertainment district arc,. It took a marked muichiro to kill an uppermoon 5, and a marked kanroji to go toe to toe with an uppermoon 4's strongest personality.
Rengoku was even fighting at a disadvantage because the flute demon ruptured his eardrums, yet he was able to keep up with akaza for a time, he wasn't even marked yet.
Even akaza acknowledged that rengoku was strong that he offered him to become a demon, he doesnt do that just to anyone, he only offers it to people he acknowledged as strong.

You just overated him as his fans, just admit it that Rengoku just that weak d0nut l0l

No the 3 movies won't finish the remaining arcs. The trilogy will only finish the infinity castle arc where they will be fighting the remaining uppermoons. Muzan's fight will be at Sunrise Countdown arc and I believe it will be the last season TV series. .
I really admire the marketing strategy of UFOTABLE, they could have ended in the trilogy to get profit yet they will end this season as a TV series for the last season. They are the god of studios

Hurts seeing the master blow up his own wife and daughters, but at the same time, I fully expected Muzan to torture them to death or turn them into demons in front of him. Way better to take them out in an instant in a way they'd never even have time to process.
