This anime taught us about family values, determination, love, friendship and most importantly to have tenacity to fight Evil and injustices. Those explosions and sacrifice is the most important key for their plan they know those kind of attack won't kill muzan iven beheading him will not work. But such a divertion to make muzan weak and vulnerable for a second for Tamayo to approach him and insert the potion inside he's body.
