I truly believe in the power of good music, how therapeutic it can be, however scientifically speaking anxiety can be much worse, specially when it comes with OCD, which unfortunately is my case. But I know that there's a purpose for my pain and that one day I'm going to be healed and able to help other people going through the same struggle.
