Life was different in the late 60s, through the 70s and 80s, and most of the 90s. We didn't have cell phones or PCs to come home to (some did, but not all of us). We had video consoles but craved outside a little bit more. We made our fun in different ways. Hop in my time machine to discover how some Xers spent their Fridays once they got out of school for the weekend.
Did you go outside and ride your bikes? Maybe went and got rowdy with your friends. Did you go to the mall? Mayhaps, you got lucky like I did and went late-night grocery shopping with your folks!
