My wife, and our three daughters all came into church on their wedding days to the first part of the slow centre section of this magnificent piece.

Bach is one of my favourite composers and I thoroughly enjoyed your performance. Bravo Maestro. Thank you

A tour de force this piece of Bach and something of a favourite at Westminster Abbey. Over the years interesting to here at all those thanksgiving and Wedding services this piece always appears in the organ voluntaries !

Great playing and a fantastic piece; I love playing it, just wish I had "Salisbury" at home!

Amazing and the perfect lockdown tonic. Would be good to be walked through choice of stops some time.

I've been in love with Father Willis ever since I heard him for the first time in the cathedral (1978). Just wondering Mr Cook: do you know the version of Richard Seal? (The Mighty Voice of Salisbury Cathedral).

Maybe a tour of the Hauptwerk one day if you have the time.

Thank you, perfect as usual-just the tonic in these dark days. Does the sampler include reverberation as well, and who is the mysterious teddy mover?

The samples were recorded with three mic positions to give an optimum level of reverb. It sounds like it would if you were standing under the Spire Crossing in Salisbury, which is not how it would sound from the console. This is why some people find it has too much reverb for their taste when playing. We've all had a go at moving the teddies!

Fantastic Daniel, as per normal. A Whitlock project perhaps ? ha ha ha

I have certainly thought seriously about a Whitlock project. Let me get through Vierne first though.
