No need to use up the entire value in the card. You can actually get cash back from remaining amount. Go back to cashier, hand over the card, she will check the amount and give back in cash. Normally cash card at food court inside department store only valid for that day - until it's closing time. Enjoy the days in Thailand!
Apparently Terminal 21 doesn’t charge any rent to their food court vendors so that’s why they’re able to sell the food at really cheap prices. Their philosophy is the more people come to the mall for the food the more foot traffic they’ll get so it’s a win win for them.
Terminal21 food court is my favorite eating place. I always try to stay near it. Not only it is cheap but it got most of the Thai good foods. We always eat there at least twice on every trip to Bangkok.

And if you like fried noodle Chinese style you can go to the last shop near the window If you go down to its basement of this mall . Three is the most famous Thai tea. “Cha Tra mue” it is the most famous in Thailand Nearby, you can find. Chu cream “ beard papa” if you like Japanese green tea flavor is very beautiful.
At Pier 21, you can redeem your money back if it's still available. Bangkok always awaits your return, my friend. It's a pity that I may never go to Düsseldorf again. After visiting many times as a Gladbach fan. Because I'm old and my body isn't as strong as before.

If you go back, there is fruit shake stall, go for melon shake. I travel from opposite of town to get it. Turn your card back, they will return you cash. And don’t forget to eat from any buffet such as TeeNoi. 😊
Thailand grows vegetables, fruits and rice all year round unlike in winter. and we sell at cheap price Most of the restaurants are not expensive and it's good for our income😊
You don't have to spend all your money on the card. If you use the card and still have money left in the card, you can exchange the card for the remaining balance in the card back at the counter where you top up the card.
The food court in Terminal 21 sells cheap because the owner of the mall doesn't collect rent, but has a trade-off for the restaurant to sell at a cheap price.
Same price most places even if they pay rent, at least from my experience living here as a mamuang 😉 or farang as most locals call us white skin people 🙏🇹🇭🥰

I like the London floor-theres a small coffee stall where one can sit with a hot or cold beveridge and/or snack and sit next to a huge window wall and watch Bangkok go by on Montri road, look at the BTS trains whizzing by . Very nice

ไปกินมาแล้วราคาถูกมากๆ อร่อย สด สะอาด ไปธุระแถวอโศก เคยมีคนแนะนำมา บอกมีศูนย์อาหารชั้น 5 Terminal21 เลยขึ้นไปดู อาหารหลายร้านมีเป็นร้อยเมนู ราคาถูกจริงๆ ส้มตำ 32 บาท ข้าวราดแกง3อย่าง 39 บาท ข้าวเหนียวมะม่วง 35 บาท นั่งกินเพลินเลย เสียอย่างโต๊ะเต็มมีแต่ต่างชาติ ฝรั่ง เกาหลี ญี่ปุ่น อินเดีย เต็มเหยียด ชาวต่างชาติที่พักแถวนั้นคงเห็นที่นี่เป็นห้องครัวไปแล้ว นั่งกินข้าวแช่กันยาวเลย
