The owner of the mall, he also owns the L&H properties, didn’t charge for the rent and in return, all food prices there have to be the same if not cheaper than the street side food stalls. His intention was, the motor bicycle drivers can come and enjoy food in air conditioned place. It’s a nice and kind strategy. Both parties win.
Ahhhh Terminal 21! You bring back great memories! I was there this past April 2024 with a friend of mine on my first trip to Thailand and we were blown away! We ate at Terminal 21 practically everyday. We saved so much money and what a feast on such a budget! I'm glad you guys enjoyed it as much as we did! My friends and I are already planning our Thailand trip #2 for next year 2025 and Terminal 21 is definitely going to be on our list again!!
OoO very recent 😃 Yes! They’re delicious and incredibly cost efficient 😁 Thank you so very much 😃❤️🫰🙏 It’s hard not to miss Thailand. Glad to hear you and your friends had a great time 😃
Pork leg stew with rice in Thai is “ข้าวขาหมู” pronounced as “Khao Kha Moo”. Khao is rice, Kha is leg, and Moo is pork. The dish was originated from Guangdong, Chao Zhou (Tae Chew) ‘s recipe, south eastern of China.
It would be even better if you add little ferment chili 🌶 🌶 vinegar (orange color liquid sauce) that they mostly provide infront of their Khao Kha Moo stall. You can put in small dipping bowl and bring together at the table 😊
Will definitely add them next time 😁 Thank you for letting us know 😃🫰❤️🙏. I think we were so scattered brain because there were so many people 😅. We were just so happy to get the food 😃
There's a new Terminal 21 located on Rama 3 Rd. alongside the Chao Praya river. The Food Court is amazing with the river view and more variety than the Asoke one. There're lots of nice restaurants with the best view of the river as well.
Hello guys ! Yes it’s cheaper than street food outside. Enjoy….. By the way, you should eat pork stew (Khao Kha Mooh) with some fresh garlic or fresh chilli and some yellow chilli mash in vinegar sauce. Please don’t forget next time. it’s one of my favorite dishes.
3.51 That bowl is a Tomyam noodle (ก๋วยเตี๋ยวต้มยำ), one of noodle menu. It is different from regular Tomyam(ต้มยำ), is a spicy and sour soup, usually eaten with streamed rice.
You found a gem!! But don’t take it for granted, as Terminal21 Food court is the only place selling quality foods this cheap. The owner, who is a real estate mogul, strategically operate his food court below the profit line to attract people to the rest of the building. Check out the bathroom, he make sure that the bathroom is always cleaned and available to impress the shoppers. Check your pocket, how much did you spend today, in total? 😅😅😅
Major Hidden Gem! We couldn’t believe how cheap it was. That’s a smart strategy! Next time we go, we will definitely check out the restrooms 😁 Prices this low in 2024 is shocking. Definitely, a money saving food court.
6:16 is pork leg stew often accompanied with the pickled veggie, and boiled chicken egg, all eaten over rice like most thai dishes. some of the pork stew broth should also be put over the rice. 10:09 is Hainan style chicken with rice (Khao Mun Gai), a popular southeast asia dish.
Terminal 21 ‘s manager, she has the good motto =the low prize but good quality foods for poor peoples and ordinary peoples can save cost for good way of their life .She is so kindness girls. She is super rich girl from the Malls group of Thailand.but she doesn’t selfish.Kindness and pretty lovely girl.
Hi guys, welcome back. As for touristy snack, I would recommend 'Rice Cracker with Pork Frost' synonymous with Chao Sua brand. When I mentioned touristy, it doesn't mean not authentic in any sense. They're yummy and many variety of toppings to choose from. Also, if you like 'Pork Leg & Pork Knuckle Stew' it's time to try one of the best in town called Kha Moo Trok Sung located not too far from Saphan Taksin BTS Station. Not to mention that local food along the stretch of roads over there are quite legit as well.
Wow! Thank you so much for the recommendation 😃🫰❤️🙏 Really appreciate it! We’re ready to step up our game 😁. Bring on the delicious local best in town 😅. Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know. 🫰🫰❤️❤️
I was there for 17 days 2 months ago. Family and I ate there a few times incredible. Actually the food everywhere in the country is incredible. Kids even love it
Really!? So you were here during Songkran? It is a great mall! You’re absolutely right! Couldn’t agree with you more! So Delicious 🤤 I noticed there are so much kid friendly areas and restaurants too! Thank you so much for sharing! Glad to hear you really enjoyed yourselves as a family! That’s awesome! 😃🫰❤️🙏
The sauce that we put on chicken rice (khao mun kai) is basically made from fermented soy beans. You can buy this sauce in some supermarkets. As for sticky rice & mango, check out Mae Waree sticky rice & mango (Mae = mother, Waree is her name) at BTS Thong Lor. Only 20-30 metres walk onto Sukumvit 55, you will see her shop. It is one of the best and popular places for sticky rice & mango. 😃😃
Now you can imagine the price difference between the food itself and the rent, I heard that all the food vendors in this food court don't have to pay any rent, that's why the prices are cheap. Terminal 21 believes that this food court will draw people into their place and spend money on something else.
It’s such a smart strategy for the owners and perfect for the consumers to eat at such a cheap price. Lastly, the vendors don’t have to pay rent! It’s a win win win for everyone 😅
Right!!?? Cheap and delicious 🤤 We went to Siam Paragon already and their food court is amazing as well. However, they’re definitely more pricier than T21. Their prices are insanely cheap!
Your clips are so much fun to watch. The pictures are clear and the two are so cute. Especially when eating Thai food, I really like watching it. But when you go to other countries I didn't follow at all. But when I came back to Thailand again We hurriedly followed up.

I have 3 kids so we’ll definitely be visiting there so we can let the kids get their own meal + drinks + dessert (instead of sharing like we sometimes have to lol) Have u been to Ruam Sab foodcourt yet?
I think that’s a great idea! Giving them options and at a price friendly location. We have been to Ruam Sab but didn’t really have a chance to check out all of their food options.

Finally you came here already.😊😊😊by the way use spoon on right and fork on the left hand when eating rice every Thai doing this.Fun fact why these so cheap?Because every booths didn’t pay anything the mall didn’t charge them at all surprise?
8:52 that's because you only eat at expensive places catered for foreigners, lol. You should try more local food courts, or food stalls on the street that sell Pad Thai for 40-50 baht
I recommend coconut crispy roll (original without any filling). I've tried from cheap (30 baht) to the fancy over 200 baht. The different isn't large but there's some. The cheaper tend to be sweeter and has thicker roll than the expensive one. The best i've ever tried is the one sells in airport (those King power shop) but it's pretty expensive (over 200) but for your everyday snack the less than 100 baht will do just fine.

Very Nice! You’re so close! A little bit over a month left and you will be here in this Food Paradise Country 😂🤤 Thank you so very much and it’s our absolute pleasure 😃❤️🫰🙏
There are types of Tomyum. The well known one is Tomyum with orange-red colour, adding a chilli paste. Another one is something like that noodle you eat, not adding chilli paste. The taste is more light and you usually found it in noodle.
This unique dish is distinguished from regular Tom Yum by its inclusion of ground peanuts, which add a rich and nutty depth of flavor. Wishing you happiness ❤
I also walk to find the seat 5-10 minutes each time there. 🙂... Arrive before 11:45, will be easier (lunch)... The easiest way is to find the table before walking to buy. I see many office staffs put one of their belonging (such as key chain, book, umbrella, etc) to book the table. 😂
That’s a very good Tip! Thank you! We will be sure to do that from now on 😅 Yes! We did see a few tables like that but majority of the tables were taken 😃
The two of you ate deliciously. 😋 I watched you guys eating and I gulped. 😂 Oh my, I really miss Thai food. (I live in Sweden, returning to Thailand once a year for vacation.) 😊
Thank you so much 😃❤️🫰🙏 Thai Food is definitely amazing in Thailand. I don’t think I can have it anywhere else. Can’t wait for you to come back to Thailand so you can enjoy Thai Food once again 😁
I was just there in March 2024 and I ate there almost everyday. Unfortunately, I cannot eat spicy things, but there were kind people who understood my funny Thai and used only a little chili pepper.. My favorite dish was the Rad Na with a fried egg - the runny yolk with the gravy was…heaven! >^.^
That’s pretty crazy! They’re so busy, I don’t think we can go film the restrooms without people using it 😅. Appreciate the info, we will check them out in the near future 😃🫰❤️🙏
OMG! 10mins to get a seat?but it's worth to be in the line waiting for super cheap dishes out there.Hey!look forward to witnessing the next Videos regarding to food adventure around!
Yes! Wasn’t a good idea to go during lunch time 😅 100% agree. It was definitely worth it and we couldn’t complain. Thank you so much and we really appreciate the love and support 🥹😃🫰❤️🙏
Hi there, if you look for a place in Thailand where they sells toys and games, go to mega plaza (not to be confused with mega bangna). Make sure to go there at the afternoon, and I’d love to see your video of that place!❤
Terminal 21 has good reputation among office workers and expats alike due to good food, good taste and affordable price. Now more and more tourists know about this food court and if you come during lunch time, don't expect to get a seat within 5 minutes.
Tom Yum in term of noodle it is noodle in soup season with Lime juice, fish sauce , chilli flakes and grounded peanuts. Ordinary Tom Yum included lemongrass and galangal, kaffir-lime leaves , lime juice and fish sauce.
How about groceries pricing in traditional markets ? Like eggs ? Milks ? Organic - do they have it there in traditional market ? What about raw milk ? A2 milk ?
Next time for sure we’re gonna have to check that out. I think we were too busy scrambling to get the food 😁😅. Thank you so much for the heads up 😃🫰❤️🙏
@@ChovyTravel Have you guys tried the Sala Daeng Food Tent? Located in Silom? Looks totally local with mostly locals or office workers eating there, I see prices are somewhat between 50-80THB a dish
@@ChovyTravel It is strategy of the mall that they will sell cheap food in the food court instead of spending on advertising for the mall. the cheap meal attract people to the top(food court) then let them enjoy the lower floor for shopping after meal
The food court in Terminal 21 is a loss king (loss leader). I think they subsidies the food price to the point of that cheap so that it attracts lots of people, in hoping that you will spend it elsewhere inside the shopping mall. A very successful marketing strategy.
We did use the restroom but there were a lot of people using them so we didn’t film 😟. However, we didn’t know they’re all different. We will definitely check them all out in the future 😃. Thank you 😃❤️🫰🙏
A little gimmick of T21 not only each floor decorate in difference country but the restroom of each floor were well decorate according to each country as well.
Please try semi ripe mango and the mango peel look dark green. It's crunchy outside & soft inside, and the test is light sweet some of them are a bit sweet and a bit sour it depends on the mango. Not many foreigners try that before some thai people eat semi ripe mango dip with sugar, salt ,and red pepper powder mix together some venders they do provide this kind of dip to us. Have a nice day😊❤
@@ChovyTravel You can find them at mango shop on the street, normal market, or at the mall. It is raw mango we call in thai "Ma Muang Man" Please try "Khiew Sawoey" is the best raw mango in thailand it is a bit sweet & crunchy, not sour at all. It is easy to spot on the raw mango, the peel look very green. Please have a taste before you buy.🙂
The reason that food at Terminal 21 food court is much cheaper than average price is that the owner of Terminal 21 let all the vendors sell food without paying rent. He is a very generous business man and just wants people to have good food at good price to eat. All vendors gotta keep the prices low in order to continue selling there. Great for everyone.
Thailand has several options for food and everything. The cost of them depends on what you choose and what you want. Most of them are delicious and not so expensive. The street food is also good and cheap. Moreover, premium food, place, and service with reasonable prices are available here. Thailand is not the best, but many things here are the best for everyone. Thank guys for the videos. I am so happy to see both of you enjoy many things here, our home. 🎉🎉🎉
100% Agree! We believe just from our experience so far, to us, Thailand is the Best. Although we only have Korea, Vietnam and US to compare it with but so far there’s not too much to complain about except for the pollution and heat. Other than that, the country, people and food are wonderful. It’s absolutely our pleasure and thank you for the great hospitality 🥹🥹😃😃❤️🫰🙏
Whoops! 😟 That makes a lot more sense! My Fault! 🤦 Thats how we write our 7’s so immediately thought 725 which isn’t a realistic price come to think of it. My Bad! Thank you for catching that 🙏
Pro tip: Season all noodle dishes. Almost no thai people eat noodles without seasoning. There's usually a base seasoning but otherwise it's pretty bland. Usually there's a condiments tray with Sugar = sweet Fish sauce = salty Chili vinegar = sour Chili powder = spicy And crushed peanuts Season to taste. Be bold with it. It'll bring the noodles to life!
@@ChovyTravel I ate yum slicy yum and boat noodle and yentafo noodle and crispy pork with rice and i bought hoy tod ( crispy oyster fried ) back home. Actually i live in krabi i hope you will visit there.

Really!? Thank you so much for the recommendation 😃🫰❤️🙏
We really appreciate it 🫰🫰❤️❤️
This unique dish is distinguished from regular Tom Yum by its inclusion of ground peanuts, which add a rich and nutty depth of flavor. Wishing you happiness ❤
Interesting! Thank you so much for sharing 😃❤️🫰🙏
We wish you well and happiness as well ❤️❤️🫰🫰
Really love how you say "we can fly across the world in 1 day here!" Very creative ❤
Can’t agree more about finding where to sit! I have to avoid rush hour, still crowded 😅
😁 Thank you so very much 😃❤️🫰🙏
Right!!?? It’s crazy! Really!!?? Even after rush hour? Wow! 😮
We can see why it’s so busy though 😅
you guy very very lovely, cute couple 💌
Thank you so much for your kind words 🥹😃🫰❤️🙏
I also walk to find the seat 5-10 minutes each time there. 🙂... Arrive before 11:45, will be easier (lunch)...
The easiest way is to find the table before walking to buy. I see many office staffs put one of their belonging (such as key chain, book, umbrella, etc) to book the table. 😂
That’s a very good Tip! Thank you! We will be sure to do that from now on 😅
Yes! We did see a few tables like that but majority of the tables were taken 😃
The two of you ate deliciously. 😋 I watched you guys eating and I gulped. 😂 Oh my, I really miss Thai food. (I live in Sweden, returning to Thailand once a year for vacation.) 😊
Thank you so much 😃❤️🫰🙏
Thai Food is definitely amazing in Thailand.
Very Nice! 😃 That’s always such a plus where you ask them for little spice and they’re good at accommodating.
Thank you for sharing 😃❤️🫰🙏
The restrooms are also different on each floor!
That’s pretty crazy! They’re so busy, I don’t think we can go film the restrooms without people using it 😅. Appreciate the info, we will check them out in the near future 😃🫰❤️🙏
There're two Terminal 21 in Bangkok (Asoke and Rama 3) Pls Check it too.
Is Rama 3 Better?
OMG! 10mins to get a seat?but it's worth to be in the line waiting for super cheap dishes out there.Hey!look forward to witnessing the next Videos regarding to food adventure around!
Yes! Wasn’t a good idea to go during lunch time 😅
100% agree.
Thank you so much for the recommendation 😃❤️🫰🙏
Terminal 21 has good reputation among office workers and expats alike due to good food, good taste and affordable price. Now more and more tourists know about this food court and if you come during lunch time, don't expect to get a seat within 5 minutes.
Really makes a lot of sense. Going forward, we will wait either after or before lunch time 😁
They used to have smoothies for 30 bath. All fresh. Was great …
Some are still around that price range. We even noticed a 25 Baht smoothie. Such a cheap price! 😮
Tom Yum in term of noodle it is noodle in soup season with Lime juice, fish sauce , chilli flakes and grounded peanuts.
Ordinary Tom Yum included lemongrass and galangal, kaffir-lime leaves , lime juice and fish sauce.
I think we love Tom Yum anything 😅
Thank you so much for the info! Similar, yet different. 😃❤️🫰🙏
Kao kha moo, best way to eat when you eat with vinegar (in vinegar have sugar and little chilli) I think it's selfservice in front of restaurant 😁😁😁
Got it! Thank you so much for the tip 😃❤️🫰😃. Next time we’re gonna have to try it 😁
coconut crispy roll (Thong Muann) is always good! should try the one with pork floss inside. My fav! :)
Really!? Gonna have to check that out now 😁. Thank you for sharing and recommending 😃❤️🫰🙏
How about groceries pricing in traditional markets ? Like eggs ? Milks ? Organic - do they have it there in traditional market ? What about raw milk ? A2 milk ?
In the near future, hopefully we can do a video in regards to cost of living with prices 😅
7:25 This dish called ข้าวขาหมู (Khao Kha Mu), Stewed pork legs with rice. We usually eat it with it's own sauce.
Delicious 🤤😁. Thank you for letting us know 😃🫰❤️🙏
But is it healthy or laden with salt, sugar, and seed oils?
Definitely not healthy 😅
WOW amazing Thai dish which some menu less then 1 dollar and the dish of "Rice with Chicken' is call "Kao Man Kai".
Right!!?? Amazing! Ahh Thank you for letting us know 😃❤️🫰🙏
I heard many good things about this place
It’s a great place! Definitely see us going there more often than not. 😁
7.30 pork stew with rice is better with the sour chilli sauce. I think you forget the sauce at the counter🙂
Next time for sure we’re gonna have to check that out. I think we were too busy scrambling to get the food 😁😅. Thank you so much for the heads up 😃🫰❤️🙏
Never miss a trip to Terminal
21 when in Bangkok😊
100% Agree! Terminal 21 is definitely a must visit 😃
@@ChovyTravel Can’t wait to fill
My tray with the local Dishes😂
😂😂😂
@@ChovyTravel Have you guys tried the Sala Daeng Food Tent? Located in Silom? Looks totally local with mostly locals or office workers eating there, I see prices are somewhat between 50-80THB a dish
Not Yet… 😅 There are so many places to go in Bangkok it’s crazy! Can’t wait to explore it and other parts of Bangkok
in terminal 21 (all branches) in food courts they ask every shops have a least one 30 baht menu.
Really!? That’s very interesting. I wonder why that is? 🤔
@@ChovyTravel It is strategy of the mall that they will sell cheap food in the food court instead of spending on advertising for the mall. the cheap meal attract people to the top(food court) then let them enjoy the lower floor for shopping after meal
That’s so true. The guy is a genius. It made sense to have the food court on top as well and a lot of escalators to explore each floor
Omg. Food touring video here was insane
😁 So many delicious food options 🤤
Literally a indoor Street Food Heaven.
The food court in Terminal 21 is a loss king (loss leader). I think they subsidies the food price to the point of that cheap so that it attracts lots of people, in hoping that you will spend it elsewhere inside the shopping mall. A very successful marketing strategy.
Couldn’t agree with you more. It’s such a smart strategic way of marketing. It seems to be working for sure! 😃❤️🫰🙏
Wish you happiness 😊❤🎉
Thank you so much 😃❤️🫰🙏
We wish you well and happiness as well ❤️❤️🫰🫰
Hard to beat Terminal21 food court, price is similar to street foods but in the mall with AC.
Right!!?? We agree! Price wise, they’re so priced low that it would be hard to beat and yes with AC is amazing. Variety of food is so convenient too 🤤
Every toilet in T21 different design also inspire by theme of that floor.
That’s crazy! Next time we go, we’re gonna have to check them out 😁. Thank you for letting us know 😃❤️🫰🙏
Nice cheap price 😮😊👍
Right!!?? And Delicious 🤤
my fav mall in BKK ❤
It’s one of my favorite too! 🥰 We’ve been there a couple more times after we made the video 😁
Did u ever try corn salad (somtum corn )
No… they have a Corn one too!? What else is in it?
Salted egg yolk is option for for Somtum corn ,don’t laugh it is the truth 😂🤣 Thailand, expert for food innovation.
😁😂😅 Corn Somtum sounds good minus the Salted Egg 😁
It's a pity, you guys didn't check out their rest rooms. Each floor has different themes of rest rooms. They even allow you to take videos inside.
We did use the restroom but there were a lot of people using them so we didn’t film 😟. However, we didn’t know they’re all different. We will definitely check them all out in the future 😃. Thank you 😃❤️🫰🙏
I go to terminal 2 years ago .no seat in foodcourt. 🤣🤣
Take home during Covid-19
😂 It was so packed. I see why though.
That makes sense
@@ChovyTravel no expensive and very delicious.😅
100% Agree! 😁
A little gimmick of T21 not only each floor decorate in difference country but the restroom of each floor were well decorate according to each country as well.
That’s brilliant! Such a smart marketing strategy 😅
Have a nice day😊❤
Did they have them at T21? Sounds very exotic and unique. Thank you for the recommendation 😃❤️🫰🙏
@@ChovyTravel You can find them at mango shop on the street, normal market, or at the mall. It is raw mango we call in thai
"Ma Muang Man" Please try "Khiew Sawoey" is the best raw mango in thailand it is a bit sweet & crunchy, not sour at all.
It is easy to spot on the raw mango, the peel look very green. Please have a taste before you buy.🙂
Thank you so much for the recommendation and tip 😃❤️🫰🙏
Thank you 😃❤️🫰🙏
Thanks for sharing ^__^:)*
Absolutely our pleasure! 😁
Thank you for joining us! 😃❤️🫰🙏
Now i have to stop by at T21!
😂😂😂 We might have to go again soon 😁
ทานให้อร่อยนะคะ🤤
😃❤️🫰🙏
Pretty good more than vietnam. Cheap and modern.
It’s so well priced. Very cheap and delicious 🤤
In Thailand the most popular food is Japanese food. So there are a lot of Japanese restaurants.
That’s crazy! We never had Japanese food in Thailand. Never even thought of trying it 🤔
The reason that food at Terminal 21 food court is much cheaper than average price is that the owner of Terminal 21 let all the vendors sell food without paying rent.
He is a very generous business man and just wants people to have good food at good price to eat. All vendors gotta keep the prices low in order to continue selling there. Great for everyone.
That’s awesome and so kind. That’s such a smart idea 😃. Thank you so much for letting us know 🫰🫰❤️❤️🙏🙏
Right!!!??? You’re absolutely right! It’s so cheap, addicting and delicious 🤤🤤🤤
@@ChovyTravel 😊😊😊😊👍👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏🙏

Walks through Bangkok “ look ! Asian influenced food’ 😂😂’’
It’s wonderful! 😁
Thai currency is Baht
Correct! 😁
It’s absolutely our pleasure and thank you for the great hospitality 🥹🥹😃😃❤️🫰🙏
the mango was 125 not 725😓
Whoops! 😟 That makes a lot more sense! My Fault! 🤦
Thats how we write our 7’s so immediately thought 725 which isn’t a realistic price come to think of it. My Bad! Thank you for catching that 🙏
หวังว่าคุณทั้งสองจะคิดถึงอาหารไทยไปตลอด.และหลงรักอาหารไทยมากๆๆ
Love Thai Food! We are ruined… We can’t eat Thai Food anywhere else now 😅
กินแบบนี้อยู่ต่างประเทศจนแน่คู่หูชวนชิม555
Delicious Thai Food 🤤
Apparently Terminal 21 is cute 😂
Super cute! 😊
Pro tip: Season all noodle dishes. Almost no thai people eat noodles without seasoning. There's usually a base seasoning but otherwise it's pretty bland. Usually there's a condiments tray with
Sugar = sweet
Fish sauce = salty
Chili vinegar = sour
Chili powder = spicy
And crushed peanuts
Season to taste. Be bold with it. It'll bring the noodles to life!
Wow! Thank you so much for the pro tips 😃🫰❤️🙏.
i went today also
Very Nice! What’s your favorite dish and what did you end up getting today?
@@ChovyTravel I ate yum slicy yum and boat noodle and yentafo noodle and crispy pork with rice and i bought hoy tod ( crispy oyster fried ) back home. Actually i live in krabi i hope you will visit there.
Wow! They all sound so delicious 😂. My mouth was watery while reading your comment 😅.
We do plan on going to Krabi in the future. Thank you 😃🫰❤️🙏
have you guys ate anything in thailand thats 10 out of 10..??? lol
Yes. We Have in other videos 😁.
Thai people common happiness is no worry about food. Price, taste, everywhere you can find in Thailand. Other than this is stressful 😩
We see a lot of local Thai people and foreigners at T21. I think it’s very smart and very cost efficient to eat there.
40 baths ( 1 US dollar) only for egg phad thaï , I need two phad thaï every time!! But shrimps phad thaï is 60 baths. So 3 US dollars for lunch! Without drinking.
True True! Yes! Exactly! Great Deal and Delicious 🤤😅
