I know exactly which video you're talking about! That's awesome man. Thank you for your support🙏 This one was tricky. Time for a new unit 💯 Stay tuned for new videos every week🔧⚡️
Hey me too I started watching you because of this here is my humble opinion. First I wish to be there w u to troubleshoot it Cause I read the Print 110 volts Thermostat wiring Diagram and would it be nice to see what or how it was wired Definitively a wire feed back u got it. Then if u have 2 pipes or 4 makes a wiring Difference This Honeywell type Tstat need to be set for that in the Tech Inst. Manual.
Best hvac channel ...l started following you last month but l dont regret . ..l'm proud your videos have made me confident at my work place in Dubai .thanks so much man
Great video as always Listen I worked on chilled water here in FL I never did in New York when I lived there in the 80 s. Honeywell 110 volts Tstat s are funny Always separate ur neutral wires so u ll never get feedback. Those 40 volts were from feedback same as the 160 v.....The tstat can be set for 2 or 4 pipes w Manual change over as u mentioned. Also Aux Heat must be wire accordingly so it doesn't interfere with Cool Relay or Actuator. Those Ribuc Relays are nice to know when u are on Cool or Heat when both came on I said ,,,,,..Feedback . This is how I do it. Take all wires out and disconnect and start one by one Doing all my Neutral to White Wire and Then Cool Actuator and Heat Relay or Auxiliary Heat Contactor ,,,,,,Then. Blower Motor with about 3 Speeds.....Doing one by one is a lot easier Pls di Video part 2 2.5 kw
Man I started watching your videos on Monday and I can't stop I love everything you do and the advice you give suck good content keep up the work man your killing it
Thank you Bogdana! Glad you found this video helpful. It was a difficult job. I look at it as a puzzle to solve. Stay tuned for new videos every week🔧⚡️
TB6575A1000 is the Honeywell Tstat I m referring Here in SFL only most hotels are 2 pipe I never seen here the 4 pipe arrangement yet. Also w 2.4 kw heat at 208 volts. Weird the way is wired here. I ll try to make a video of it when i can. Ttul. Blessings. U inspire Newbies and older guys like me to continue making people feel comfortable I doors...Nothing we can do outdoors.
To get to the electrical heater you need to take off the cover above the unit and there's no clearance above the unit as it's to the ceiling 😂 Time for a new unit 💯 Thanks for watching & stay tuned for new videos every week 🔧⚡️
I have a condo where someone install FCU unit which is a total abortion job. first, there were open 220-volt wires no junction box and someone stuck it in the ceiling no HVAC duct the unit pulling insulation blowing it all over my condo if I ever find this person I will bring him to court. I can't even use the unit because u start choking on the dust. listen folks please use a home inspector to check this before buying a unit with an FCU UNIT venting is absolutely a must if there's no venting don't use the unit.
This reminds me of the 1st video that started me watching you.

It really is madness 😂 Thank you! What a mess. Time for a new unit 👍
Usually they are so easy to work on we have them at hospital all around but this is crazy 🤔
I agree. These units are really old and many people have messed with them. The wiring is wild😂 Stay tuned for the next one! 🔧⚡️

What a mess lol good work My guy 🔥
The company I work for I service two pipe fan coil units all day and they are all wired like that 😂
What type of camera do you use, how do you mount it? Nice vid
You’re a pro.
That's nuts!
It really is nuts 😂⚡️
Nice vlog friend
my guess is somehone conect a ground as neutral
I would use all the white wires to neutral but I saw I think a Red wire with the white ones. Did u?????
I'd suggest new unit cause that's a lot of wiring to do and I dislike solid wire lol
