Keto Snickers Bar UPDATED RECIPE | Low-Carb Candy Bar

    KETO SNICKERS BARS
    Make your own keto + low-carb snickers bars WITHOUT any maltitol, isomalt, or other high-carb polylol / sugar-alcohol that I used in my past recipe for sugar-free snickers bars (I made that one way back before I knew much about keto desserts!). This recipe uses my new allulose keto caramel recipe, plus an easy dummy-version of keto nougat, plus keto chocolate and peanuts.
    Personal Update:
    Thank you guys so much for being patient with me this summer, I've just moved to a Los Angeles, CA and have been a bit crazy finding a new day job and place to live, plus all the other moving craziness. I'll be back to my normal weekly schedule now that I'm settled!

    Flax seed, coconut, wheat germ, fresh ground peanut butter, coconut oil, protein powder, cinnamon, hemp, chia seeds and some vanilla. Spoon a tbsp in a mold. This is my version of a fat bomb, try to only eat 2 or 3 a day, with my OMAD is this ok?

      Allulose or tagatose would both work, I have links in the description box which includes tagatose from a source that ships almost worldwide. You can also use xylitol but I explain more about the downsides and sweetener options int he info box below the video. :)

    DON'T PUT THAT MUCH ERYTHRITOL!!! I've maid this and let me say I am a bit disappointed ☹️ I used only half cup of erythritol with the peanut butter layer and the cold sensation took over the whole bar and I feel burning sensation down my through after every bite ☹️ I donnu how to get over this taste and enjoy it! Any advice?

      If you use allulose or tagatose you won't have that cooling aftertaste! Erythritol really is not ideal to be used in this recipe unless you have no other option. :)

      Maybe try using the confectioner erythritol. I just blend it up in a vitamix and make it powder. Mixes better.

    Make your own pecan butter instead of the peanut butter. Use pecans for the peanuts!

    All these low carb keto desserts look delicious. Unfortunately they're like 💣 on the stomach.💨💨💨😂 with those artificial sugars.

      I used to have the same issue with certain sweeteners, but there are a bunch that are very gentle on digestion, you just have to try out different ones. The non-nutritive ones like Splenda and aspartame I never use because of their link to health issues, but erythritol, allulose, and tagatose seem to have little to no affect on people as long as they don't try to eat an entire batch of candy in one sitting. :) Everyone's digestion is different though! Always good to listen to your body.
