Everything you said in the first two minutes is why I prefer to coach and use the Zone scheme. That is all we have time to practice: Zone left and zone right, both inside and outside. Just 4 plays. Obviously we have the keeper and play action and passing plays, but just the 4 core runs all built out of that core zone system.
That said, I really appreciate videos like this and you have done a good job coach. :)

No disrespect to you sir, but I absolutely hate inside and outside zone. It’s slow, it’s obvious, I believe it’s the reason for the shortness of careers RBs have in the nfl, it gives the illusion that you can run the ball with lesser talent yet the RB if first guy thrown under the bus when you average yards per carry are down, and I believe that it’s also bad for the offensive lineman himself. It’s not a good play, yet the concepts on paper give the illusion that it’s sound, therefore when you can’t run the ball, it must be because your talent is lacking. Power, counter, buck, fly, rocket, ISO, trap, all drawn up to score on every play, and yes I said iso, when you don’t only run it on short d&d. This is not true for inside/outside/stretch plays. Those plays have the famous “well if they do that, than I’ll just do this” comment attached to it.

Coach, is it possible to RPO the playside ILB who is blitzing & have either the wing (or TE) step down like he's blocking for the first few steps but catch the pass similar to peak on the backside? Thanks

This is my first video I have seen of yours. As a result, please forgive me as I ask the following:
Do you have, or will you make, videos about the related techniques you want taught AND the corresponding drills which teach them?
X's and O's are wonderful for us, but when teaching teenagers and amature adults internationally (this game really is played all around the world, especially at that amature level with enthusiastic 20+ year old men).

Coach, who makes those Oline adjustment calls? Is it the QB? Is it the Center? Is it the coach from sideline?

The best scenario would be the center making the call. If that is not possible we allow the qb. It can be done from the sideline also but is not as effective.

My guys have few rules and this rule is one of them. Play side guard rule is if there are 2 in the A, automatic down down. Our fly sweep play side guard and tackle have the rule of, if your covered, you reach, uncovered you pull. (just to give an example of calling off a pull)

Why do you draw 6 players in the box? You should always have 8 in the box right?
