yo whats up guys its photek and today im going to be talking about some classic maps that i have reworked now a couple of months ago i was looking at the really old maps that used to be in krunker like canyon and bazaar and the old kanjis and i dont know why but i just really wanted to rework some of them so i went and i got some of the files and i reworked two of them and those two are kanji and bazaar now just in case you guys didnt play back when these maps were in the game im just going to give a quick tour of both of them.so the first map here is bazaar this map was in the game in i believe 2019 it was like 2018 -2019 and it was very vert large its probably the biggest map thats ever been in the game but its kinda a brownish town with a giant highway on the left side and an ocean with some traintracks on the other side now this map did actually go through a lot of different versions like this middle area used to not look like this but yeah this map also has some upper areas like this that you can get into from multiple sides and a lot of this stuff you can get on top of so like these trains you can get on a lot of these parts of the buildings you can get on. theres just a lot of verticality in this map but its very big and very hard to slide through like if you look at this part right here or up these stairs its not the best for slidehopping now the other map that i reworked was this version of kanji right here now this version used to be in the game in many many different forms this is the one i played actually there were a couple there was like an entire separate map that was also named kanji that they implimented after they removed this one then they removed that one and implimented this one again its still a little bit confusing
As a 2018 high level player, I can say firmly that I love what you did with bazaar, it flows and just looks very 2018 with a somewhat modernized tone that didn't take away from the general OG vibe. As for kanji, you did the best you could with what you had. The map will always be terrible, but hats off to you for making it slightly less so. God forbid this kanji ever ends up back in the game, but this was a wonderful idea for content sake. GGs.
Id be happy looking for glitches on your rework lol. I wanted to make a video on the glitches on the older kanji versions, there are quite a lot of places which can be abused with sniper
Which of the originals do you like better, and which of the reworks do you like better?

I do miss the old Maps back then in 2020 in the Years prior to that the game had a different feeling back then
these old maps make me wish new maps had more verticality
i like bizzare more its so nostalgic and good looking rework is better than actual cuz og one was too big i wish devs add it back to game
the og trickshotters will remember that you can sawed off jump onto the kanji building and then jump again and do 360's
yep i made sure to keep/add some spots like that

I was hoping you'd bring back the truly classic maps like that one map that had this snowy castle from like when krunker had first came out.
Those ones are too small/ basic. I wanted to do the maps that had detailing and a decent layout already

idk if u know but on ur kanji map if u set game mode to parkour and press reset after falling off the map behind you, you fall though the floor.

u should host some sort of map competition that should be added next in krunker
ive been thinking about hosting a pub map competition since we havent had one since 2020, but i dont have the funds lol.
