I wanted to tell you I love your workouts. I was wondering if you have laminated pictures of each exercise with a description of the area it targets. Example like Abs and Upper Arms on a ring with the pictures. This would be so helpful when doing these exercises in the pool.

Hello! Sorry to hear about your back pain. I would suggest to chat with your doctor since the back pain can have different sources.
