I have confirmation that the Max Recline Seats will be a late availability option. Not available to order right now. Should be available to order in early 2025.
@@longmcarthurford Tim, the in vehicle safe by console vault is pretty cool but correct me if I’m wrong can’t you lock the center console already with a key? I know the glove box can lock with a key but doesn’t the center consul have a keyhole on the front of it to lock it? Thanks!
@@longmcarthurford my only other question is I want to order a king ranch, which comes standard with continuously controlled damping. Which gives the smoothest ride on the highway. I would get the king Ranch with the standard 20 inch chrome wheels. The only thing I don’t know is if I get the FX4 off-road package will the truck still have CCD? I realize 22 inch wheels isn’t possible with FX4 but when you get FX4 with the standard 20 inch rims does the monotube rear shocks replace CCD? I want CCD for the best highway ride and smoothest ride.
@@djg1028 I can't find anywhere that shows that the King Ranch gets CCD. I usually see that on vehicles with 22" wheels. The standard wheel on the King Ranch is a 20" wheel. I'm not sure one way or another if it will have it. I would probably be able to say that FX4 Off Road Package would not have the CCD.
Tim, firstly, THANK YOU for taking the time to put these videos together. They are thorough and extremely useful. I know that videos like this don't just happen, and a lot of work goes into them. I was looking forward to seeing your King Ranch video and now it's here. Here is my dilemma with the Max Recline seats - like you stated, the order guide lists them as an option. You stated in our discussion on the other video that they are included in 601A on King Ranch. I've actually already specced an order for a King Ranch with my dealer, and that order did not mention Max Recline seats anywhere on it. That dealer was able to make contact with the F-150 product manager and he stated that they are going to be a late-availability option for 2025. I can't bring myself to pull the trigger on an order when I want Max Recline seats, but there is literally zero indication anywhere that I'll be getting them. If the truck comes in without Max Recline seats, I'd have no recourse and would lose my deposit if I chose not to buy the truck. Is there any way to get more info on this? I know many people besides myself would like to know. Thanks again, Tim, for everything!
@dusty42682 i do have an email into the brand manager with that question. I'm waiting to get a response. It is not listed as a late availability on the order guide but that would make sense if your dealer can't add it as a stand alone Orin on your order and why it is not listed on build and price. If you want them, you should wait until job 2 when they will be available. I'll add a pinned comment to this video once I get the answers.

@@longmcarthurford Thank you for this confirmation, Tim. It’s a shame Ford can’t seem to get their supply chain figured out after all these years. Hopefully some other option won’t be removed when the Max Recline seats become available. Thanks for digging into this for us!
Bought a 24 King Ranch last month. Got the same front end and grill as the one you are showing. So far I'm very happy with it. Got 3800 miles on it. The Bluecruse and adaptive cruse are great on road trips ! Looking down at 40 mph and seeing your motor isn't on takes some getting used to. LOL Didn't notice who was making the video ! I was an Abilene boy for 60 years, before moving to Florida . Hope the weather is still good in KS.
