Maybe there's something wrong with this game. For me I did not happened. I did absolutely everything required for 100% step by step. I think you have to check your stats menu again and see which side mission you have missed. I think there's a side mission in which you have to travel 50 km on skateboard, but it's not required for 100% because I checked the stats menu and nothing happened. Check your stats menu again and look at the playlist again and I hope you can get 100%.

For Earnest, pass the mission "Stronghold Assault". And for Ted, pass the mission "The Big Game".
