    Awesome tutorial. My requirement was line graph where I wanted to represent incidents opened and resolved week-on-week on two lines. This one helped. Thanks

    Thank you, this helped me tremendously. May I suggest showing first what the final report will look like, so I know what we're dealing with? Also, it would have helped if you first explained what datasets and drilldowns are before going through the tutorial. It all made sense in the end, but would have been easier to understand if you repeated the same info in the beginning of the video. Cheers and thanks for the tutorial!

    Awesome. Very helpful.. Could you let me know how i can have ritm cases and catalog task kn the same report?? Im trying to create a pivot table report where i ca have the sum of al my ritm + my cases + my catalog task that i closed each month.. I dont know how to do it

    Great video - thank you. Be interested to understand how you incorporate the report with multiple data sets and the breakdown report into a dashboard.

      You can simply go "Add Widget" --> Select "Reports" in your dashboard. Go "Create New report" and then add it to Dashboard. In the added widget, clicking report lick to open "Report App" and then you can follow my video to create the advanced reports
