Hi Pri, Can you please help me with the below requirement. Create a List report based on two tables with same columns. Example : Select column1, Column 2 from Table1 Union Select column1, Column 2 from Table2
3 things we would like to create. Incidents coming to the service now q till its gets resolved. How much time it took to resolve from open to resolve. We don’t have any sla and should be reflected dashboard. Same for request as well. Second : how to generate the report in servicenow now dashboard for MTTR( mean time to resolve) Third: we don’t have the category and sub categories in service as we have limited access. We can create the dashboard but don’t have pfa. Wanted to create the report how can we create the report for the incidents which has been based on the short description or any other option to what type of tickets which we have received
