As an OCG player Im so glad that Doug is showing love to Suquants! This archetype almost never gets any love aside from their rank 4 that people occasionally run as an out.
@@nbassasin8092heck Ive even seen people play gladbeasts and fluffal/edgeimps but suquant gets eclipsed by other archetypes. Doug is the only other player Ive literally seen be happy to play Suquants.
23:18 that's not a misclick. I think that's just the game bugging out. You can see the activate button is greyed out for some reason when it's dragged into the field, so it automatically got set. It happened to me a lot, that I had to entirely remove the habit of drag and dropping cards into the field.
That's why I always play with a controller. IT's actually way faster, cause you can just button mash where you normally would need to move your mouse and click multiple times and the standard is always on activate, so it's impossible to set a card by mistake. The only thing where you need to be careful is not to accidentally summon where the opponets link arrows are pointing instead of the extra monster zone, cause for some strange reason it defaults to the opponents arrows
Yeaaaah we tried re-recording the match off stream and the second one ended up somehow being even worse so we went back to the live episode. It is what it is, wish we could've gotten better duels out of this matchup
*Sees the title of the episode* Dzeeff: "Uh huh! I know what you're thinking! 'Did I summon five monsters or only four?' I agree with this, but only partially. what I mean is: "if they get a pack with a solo mode structure deck, they should be allowed to use that structure deck cards"
That would make the decks too strong and it kinda negates the point of the series when someone has a core cards to begin with. Poly and stuff like Blue Eyes makes sense because you literally cannot play certain packs without those
that would make decks too strong, the whole point of this is the roulette part. They could implement something in saga that allows them to get llike 1 structure deck they want from solo mode, might actually make it funny and interesting, but here it would make it too good. Monarchs, Shiranui, Demise, Gladiator beasts are all very good for this level of power, Cyberspace bugs might be the only one that isnt
You guys and mbt should definitely do a series together! A three person format sounds fun with plenty of variance (if you can work out that schedule lol)
So weird that the only real benefit to playing Erupt over Skill Drain is being able to use tribute summon effects but with the minus that it outs itself if you have no tribute summoned monsters and turning off your ability to use an ED. I feel like monarchs could be better if some of the cards just did more and be less about turbo Erupt and Domain. Stormforth would be good if it gave an extra tribute summon on your opponents turn.
To beat the Monarchs erupt, Doug could have gone Big red ----- Spyral Tough Normal ----- Spyral Gear Drone Drone effect ----- target Spyral Tough Drone works because it tributes itself for cost and he would've ended on a 3900 Atk Spyral Tough
Honestly I feel like Elementsabers would have been kinda nuts in this format. Just putting an indestructible Lapauila Mana on the board, that also protects all your other Elementsabers and then slowly chipping away at your opponent, while also having power cards like Lapauila, Molehu or even the Elemental Lords would go kinda crazy. But that would require Farfa pulling a decent engine and especially the field spell. Without the field spell the deck just won't function in the slightest. Monarchs are probably a lot easier to build, while also being a very strong deck. Also Farfa's Monarch pulls were kinda insane.
You guys need to keep in mind that when you get a free pack, if there is an orange aura in the background, you might get a hollow. It is not just the border of the pack that tells you if you get a hollow or not.
Can someone tell me why SPYRAL is in the same pack as Super Quantums? Asking as a huge Quant fan with minimal knowledge of SPYRAL. What's the synergy? IS there synergy??
@TobikunOuO though so. I fell off around 2007 and didn't come back really til Master Duel. But even my Swiss cheese knowledge concluded this doesn't make much sense.

The second half of a secret pack is secret pack cards, the first half is master pack cards. So if its a hole in slot 5-8 its gonna be from in the pack.
You know this is going to be a good episode when both players are convinced their decks are unbeatable
Try telling that to the poor odd-eyes player I beat in Duel Links with two trap cards.
@@enderdragon9029 if the traps were IDP I can understand. F*ck that card
Letting Doug get 30 secret packs was an interesting choice but it worked out because he got 10 almiraj
Farfa had the easiest 2-0 but GlasgowYGO crawled up from the GY with a vengeance from 2016
So when do we get to see Farfa eat umbilical cord pasta?
get him to play bloodborne easy
You should stay for the post credit scene ;)
farfa throwing both games was funny
Watch Doug fail to call the card on top even though they were known is peak master roulette. Has to dedicate all his brain power to his own cards
Everything but the dueling was done well this episode!
That really SPYRALED out of control there!
I'll see myself out
Doug really had a good Masterplan
Yeah man, That was not part of Farfa's Master Plan!
Too bad Farfa couldn't get a Quick-Fix when Doug started cooking his Master Plan.

Hey Im sure doug has Lost sobe games due to missclicks
I just realised SPYRAL probably has a great matchup against superheavy sam. That's a sentence I'd never thought I'd utter
Superheavy sam will become a relevant deck, but Spyral probably wont be everywhere then.

You guys should do the solo modes if a pack you unlocked has a solo mode.
That would be cool, but some of the solo mode stages take forever to get to, especially the later ones.

That would unblance the serie. One player would get extra URs.
FARFA: Im not going to play skill drain, Also Farfa: Anyway heres Erupt
This was a blast even with the misplays. So much better than watching prank kids lmaooo
Farfa throwing as usual
The irony of Farfa ripping on American companies and then himself disconnecting 😂
heart breaking episode....if only farfa clicked slower.....(y'all have 900 seconds now no need to be in a rush)

Farfa cannot stand the thought of winning a game and I respect that about him
A funny episode but a little unfortunate too… maybe a rematch of these decks at the end of the season?
Restoration of the Monarch came out once Ehther came back from the banlist
Farfa saying he’ll sweep to then get swept was hilarious
Except he didn't Dzeef's shitty internet connection caused Farfa to DC.
@@TobikunOuO except he was dead the next turn anyway with no plays to make?

faraf having constructed monarch, that means he has pulled a deck as strong as the 3 precons, how could dzeeff ever beat that
Free 2-0 for monarch but farfa is allergic to winning apparently.
